I want to see Dr Rich for a second opinion for a labral tear. Even though he knew he wasn't going to be treating me he took the time to explain the surgery, drew diagrams of my problem so I would understand the procedure better and treated me like I was very important. His knowledge, care and bedside manner are top notch. I would definitely go back to see him if I ever needed to and will recommend him anytime.
