Had neck and Lumbar surgery from DR Moffatt in 2015 while he was with Laser Spine Institute in Scottsdale. My pain increased and I no longer walked normal. They said everyone reacts different to surgery. 2 months later when pain persisted, I was given a colloidal injection, it felt like fish hooks ripping my back for the next 2 days. I found out later some of laser spine injections came from a collective in Florida and contained particulates. Now 6 years later and I am still in extreme pain, and have been less stable (fall down a lot) since the 2015 surgery Dr Moffatt performed. If he is doing your surgery, leave.

I had a Herniated Disc problem in 2018. Bruce Moffatt from Bonati Spine Institute, Las Vegas NV suggested a Laminectomy with 100% guarantee. So, I decided to proceed, after surgery he said it failed, sorry. My pain increased 2 days after surgery. I had to rush to Fusion. The doctor said the laminectomy was totally not fit for my problem. I complained to Bonati. The owner of the Bonati spine institute as well called and told me the procedure or surgery was totally wrong what Bruce did. But he doesn’t want to compensate for anything. Since then at the surgery point I feel so much pain and radiating all the way down to my hand since then.

Dr. Moffatt performed my laser spine surgery 2 years ago in Scottsdale AZ and gave me my active life style back!

I recommend Dr. Moffatt. Spinal Stenosis leveled me 2-1-17 after a visit to the chiropractor I was in terrible pain & had great difficulty standing up & walking. Local drs tried steroid shots, pain pills, PT, etc. When I ran out of options, & they recommended surgery (no minimally invasive options locally) I went out of network & went to LSI. Glad I did. He removed all obstruction and I have a 3/4" scar. I just finished PT and celebrated 12 weeks of post op. Very grateful to be painfree.

dr moffatt gave me a great surgery. no pressure either - he advised me, and then let me decide if i wanted it or not. i feel much better now, am very satisfied. would recommend if your insurance will cover it.

I was in a lot of back pain. When I first went to the Bonati Spine Institute and I am very thankful for Dr. Moffatt and the staff. The staff were wonderful from the time I walked into the door until the time I left. Dr. Moffatt was very informative, caring, and explain the procedure to me before, during and after. I am very thankful for the support and care that I recieved while I was a patient there. I am still pain free and enjoying life with family.

overall it was a good experience. im not 100%, but then we weren't 100% sure what the problem was. Moffatt was very nice, and was very concerned with trying to get my problems solved. the staff was great. so nice, so helpful, and the facility was very nice too.
