Doctor was far too brief. Just wanted to do procedures and not try and treat my issue.

Dr. Brito is an amazing doctor with not only expertise in his field but incredible bedside manner. He performed a bladder sling on me and it's still working almost 20 years later. I continue to see him yearly for another issue.I can't recommend him highly enough!

The worst on call experience! Terrible temper for a doctor, treated us like we were punks. Run don't walk from this one. And the third party answering service is impossible to get through to the office + the on line portal no response so why have it? I will say Lauren is exceptional for a PA.

Can't say enough about Dr. Brito and my experience.After having 3 catheters for three months due to broken down health care in my town, I was referred to Arizona Urlology Specialists of which Dr.Brito is one of many urologists that support this amazing clinic. I was a bit apprehensive in the beginning, but I had no choice and had to move forward. At 72 this was my first ever surgery and I was amazed how streamlined and efficiently it went. Dr recommended TURP procedure and I spent nite in recovery.Quote from Dr.(biggest prostate I'd ever seen).Dont put off this bothersome problem, or take over the counter supplements that are only band aids. A few days of relaxing recovery and I'm feeling like an 18 year old again.Thank you Dr. Brito and your team for making making my life whole again

Strongly suggest one stays away from Dr. Gil Brito. Read the other one (1) star reviews. They are correct. He had to do my surgery twice because the first time he did not do all that was required according to what he told me when he said he had to go back in. Dr Brito does not like you to ask questions. He prefers to walk in the exam room, start talking and leave. He does not want to listen to you. Dr. Brito's staff is nearly impossible to reach by phone. The office telephone number is answered by an out of state answering service and they will not transfer you to his office. He over books his appointments and is always late. There is much more that can be said; however the best thing one can take away from this message is to find another doctor as fast as you can, if you care about your medical care.

Hello, 5-3-22 I've been a patient of Dr. Brito for 15-years. He's by far the best Urologist I've seen during my 78-years of life. He performed "Bladder Cancer Surgery" on me in 2014, with excellent results; I've had no secondary issues, and have been cancer free since the surgery. "He's Very Gentle" If you're looking for an expert Urologist, Dr. Brito is the guy. Blessings, James E. Dutra

DR. Brito is knowledgeable and caring even called one Saturday night to reassure me, don't get that too much these days. His office situation however is less than ideal. They have expanded and you have to go through a lot even to get through to the office. I persevere because really good physicians are hard to find and he is excellent. It's worth the effort.

I haven't even seen the physician yet, I will update my review then. However, I have had many encounters with the office staff and they have been difficult to deal with and not helpful at all. They have short and borderline rude answers to seemingly simple questions. It's a little difficult to put in words but basically I don't feel welcome. ***EDIT: I saw Dr. Brito and he was just mediocre. Nothing horrible but nothing fantastic. I'm supposed to follow up with him but I'm searching for a different provider. ***2nd EDIT: I tried cancelling my appointment and it was just as difficult as making one. I was transferred several times and the final result was the medical assistant is supposed to call me back. Why??? Just cancel it for goodness sake! ***3rd EDIT: The medical assistant never called me back so I called again. Then a week later I GOT A BILL for a no show. Unbelievable.

The doctor is very rude and uncaring about people’s situation. He showed zero compassion or people skills. Would highly not recommend based on my interaction with the doctor
