I started going to Catalyst after years of health issues that conventional medicine was just not helping. I felt unheard and blown off by every Dr I saw. I smile as I remember how I came across Dr Quinns practice. So many signs and unexplained coincidences to ignore. After my first visit I knew I found the person that was going to listen to me and help me reach my goals in a more holistic way. She is very knowledgeable, caring and a good person in general. Jimmy, her helper is a great person as well. Always has a story to tell and an ear for listening. I always leave my appointments feeling so optimistic. I am not sure where I would be today if I ignored those signs that kept slapping me in the face to look into the holistic approach . I highly recommend Catalyst to anyone that just needs that extra attention, that caring ear and a bright smile when you walk in that makes you feel like you matter.

My list of symptoms was long when I started my program at Catalyst Wellness. My quality of life was terrible and I felt a variety of symptoms every day. None of the medical doctors were interested in helping me get to the root of my problems and really didn’t offer anything except a lifetime of drugs that were causing me more damage than improvement. I couldn’t eat any of the foods I enjoyed and couldn’t get a good night’s rest. From gut issues to chest and shoulder pressure and pain and everything in between…. I was a mess. Thanks to Dr. Quinn I have made a full recovery and feel my age again. I virtually have no symptoms and enjoy my life again (from eating whatever I want, to sleeping well and not having daily pain) …worth every penny! Reasonable pricing and worth more than the money spent at medical doctors. I love incorporating her into my healthcare program! She actually listens and takes her time to address any concerns and issues I have PLUS I can text her whenever I need any additional support. You won’t regret going to see her!
