Very good experience. Check-in was a breeze, especially due to advanced online check-in. Welcomed to the doctor's office about 10 minutes after appt time, and that's normal from my experience with derms. Dr. Rasmussen is friendly, capable, efficient and helpful. Will return.

Staff and doctor are very professional, courteous, and genuinely care about you as a patient. They made a difficult situation more tolerable. I would recommend Dr Forsberg and staff to anyone needing plastic surgery!

Everyone seemed to be very caring and made checking in easy. Atmosphere was relaxing and waiting area very clean. Lot's of different area's were very busy and it ran like a well oiled machine. I was nervous because it was my first visit to see a dermatologist but I lost it when Dr Rasmussen entered the exam room.

The online registration was straightforward and clear. I arrived 10 ahead of the appointment time and with a book just to make sure anyway, but surprisingly I got called in to change into my hospital gown a few minutes ahead of time. I then expected to wait a while as so often happens with doctor's appointments, but surprisingly Dr Asztalos came in a couple of minutes later. She was thorough, friendly and efficient. I will definitely come back to have my periodic dermatology check-ups here again and would recommend her and the facility to anyone who would like good customer service and appointments that are on time.

Dr. McCracken and his staff are caring, thorough, and always professional. They make sure all questions are answered and all instructions are understood. I have complete confidence that Dr. McCracken will find any skin issue and solve the problem. I am thankful to have a doctor whose first concern is skin health, not selling extra products or services. I highly recommend Dr. McCracken and Center for Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.
