Cesar Rodarte's Online Review Report Card

I just had an appointment with Dr. Rodarte because I'm adopting a child and need a physician to sign a document that says that I'm medically fit to do so. I have never in my life had such an awful experience with a Dr. Dr. Rodarte was rude and almost accusatory! Because I take anti-anxiety medication, his exact words to me were that "they don't want people who are taking anti-anxiety medication to adopt children." And then he proceeded to tell me all the reasons he didn't want to help me with my request. The clinic was disgusting and his 'bedside manner' was abhorrent. Disgusting experience.

I had an appointment today scheduled for 4:30pm. I showed up at 4pm, filled out the packet of new patient paperwork, then waited. I got called into the room to wait for the doctor around 4:30. As I walked into my room, I passed by the doctors office where he was sitting down and playing a game on his phone. After waiting 45 minutes, I started getting impatient. As I walked to the restroom, I could see the doctor still in the same exact spot in his office on his phone. I was so irritated that I walked out at 5:30. How do you sit there and play games on your phone knowing you have sick patients waiting for you? I wasn't the only person waiting to be seen either. I've had a serious sinus issue for 2 years now and have yet to find a doctor who actually cares. This was definitely the worst experience I've had with a doctor. This man shouldn't have a medical license. He is absolutely horrible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This Dr and his staff are the worst I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t know there are people out there who are more inefficient than this! I had to follow up with them a dozen times to get my referral done correctly. They don’t call you or follow up about anything. I need medical attention as soon as possible and they have taken more than 2 months just to send a basic referral.

My fiance has seen this so called "doctor" twice. This guy is a joke! My fiance and I are truly concerned for the welfare of his other patients. The unhappy, angry, tunnel visioned, know it all " doctor" doesn't find it useful to listen to his patients, nor even dare come into any type of physical contact with one. He simply walks into the examination room, takes a 3second glance at the patients and then quickly makes a diagnosis as if he were able to see the future and predict exactly where the patients symptoms were stemming from justlike that! No tests required! No examination required! How is this doctor still practicing?

Dr. Rodarte is always so responsive and genuinely concerned about me... never feel hurried or just a number.... Great doctor!!

my dr. was Cony Crepensik but she is retiring so I had to see Dr Rodarte I went for my monthly prescription for my pain meds for cronic lower back raditing to my legs and Reumathoid Arttites he didn't read my health history and bascily told me that I was addicited to them he is very in profecional

I purposefully went out of my way to try to be friendly to him always greeting him with a smile and "hello" whenever I saw him but he remained cold as stone never even cracking any kind of a smile or peasantry in return! His office minions are just as rude and make nasty comments in Spanish when they mistakenly think you don't speak the language yourself! I wouldn't bring my pets to him and I'd be better of being treated by my Vet!

I saw Dr. Rodarte for almost 2 years! I despised each and every visit beginning with checking in to seeing the Dr. To checking out. He has got to be one of the most miserable people on the planet and his staff have got to be spawned from him. Why be a Dr. If you are going to be so miserable, unkind and rude. I also had to actually educate him on a couple of my medical diagnoses because he had no knowledge of their signs, symptoms and treatments. He would actually question me and they were very common medical problems. He Aldo has no idea of what happens if a person has been on maintenance opiate pain meds for 15 years what happens if you are to suddenly discontinue them for absolutely no apparent reason. I wouldn't take my pets to him! I can't believe I saw him for as long as I did. They overbook and you wait a long time in a very crowded waiting room with most of his patients who felt as I do. I have a wonderful doc now! Thank goodness!

Staff and Dr. Are very prejudice against Caucasian people.. Will say they will manage your pain management until u get in pain management then u do everything asked of you and they give you nothing and won't talk or explain anything to as to why you're not getting meds for the pain.. Even though they have all the mri records..they threaten you and talk very bad to you... G
