Dr. Nelson and his staff is very knowledgeable. He suspected an uncommon shoulder injury right away. After testing confirmed, he performed a successful surgery. 15 years of shoulder issues are now resolved.

The office was extremely efficient. Was taking to exam room before appointment time. Assistant arranged for an x-ray and back in room within another 10. Dr. Nelson came in a few minutes later, personable. Immediately gave a diagnosis. When asked about comparisons between old and new x-ray he just said some change. No details as he had no films to show me. Preceded to give 3 options and a surgeon’s business card. I selected to have a shot and received it right away but no paperwork info on the shot. I left with the impression that a stop watch was started when he walked in the door and with my few questions I had overstayed my welcome.

Dr Nelson is very knowledgeable professional yet personal. He’s has a kind and sweet personality. Never feel rushed. Highly recommend him.

Dr Nelson is a highly qualified surgeon who treats his patients with kindness and respect. Although he could not perform the surgery I require, he referred me to another surgeon who does perform that surgery. He also followed up with that surgeon within 24 hours of my visit to explain my situation. All staff members I encountered were efficient and friendly.

Dr. Nelson is very kind, his office staff is friendly and he made a stressful situation very easy to deal with. He answered all my questions and explained my surgery where I understood what would happen during and after the surgery and kept my nerves at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.
