My experience was this Dr. Was a horrifying traumatic experience. She is ruthless, agressive, abusive to nurses. She showed a complete lack of compassion. She failed to diagnose me and sent me home while I was having spastic convulsions on one side of my face. I've never experienced such an attack before and I was frightened. She was condescending. Would not listen to our questions, and spoke over us. worst of all she was dishonest. She should be banned from practicing medicine.

This Dr. Should not be allowed to practice medicine. She treated myself and my family with a complete lack of compassion. She failed to diagnose.

I was very impressed with Dr. O'Carroll. She took a great deal of time to get my history and perform my exam. She listened to every detail and made me feel at ease that a diagnosis and treatment would be provided. My expereince at the Mayo Clinic was absolutely wonderful. Great doctor, facility and staff.

Wonderful, professional doctor! She spent well over an hour and 1/2 going over my symptoms. Very empathetic and concerned. She made sure every needed test was ordered and spent a great deal of time going over all the results with me. I highly recommend this doctor. I could not have asked for better care!

Absolutely awful doctor. Unprofessional, refused to listen, insensitive, completely bull-dozed and didn't acknowledge anything that was said that differed from her opinion. Then in medical notes wrote we didn't understand what she was saying or why we were asking the questions we asked after listening to her.

Horrible, HORRIBLE bedside manner. Rude, insensitive, belittling. Hands down worst doctor I have EVER seen. So disappointed in my experience with Mayo - I don't know what they're training their doctors to do - but this one has certainly not met the standards.
