Very unhappy. My mother who is 83 had an appointment scheduled. She was reminded about it 4 times by phone, but no one ever took the time to be sure that the prerequisites for the appointment had been given to her, which they had not. The incompetence of the office staff led to her appointment having to cancelled and a new one scheduled ...3 months later! I am furious because of the health issues that my mother is facing. This is inexcusable business behavior and must be addressed by the office management staff.

See a few other nephrologists, he's very good. My wife also works at a dialysis clinic and the Dr's there also said he was great. Easy choice.

Dr Burstein is very personable and a good listener. I feel confident with his recommendations and his knowledge. I would recommend him to others.

I have been a patient of Dr. Burstein for several years. Under his care, my condition has stabilized. Dr. Burstein makes sure that my other doctors are well informed of my visits and his plans for my care. I like his sense of humor and his no nonsense approach. I also appreciate that he listens to me and respects my point of view. I consider it a lucky day when my primary care doctor recommended him to me. Would not willingly change to another doctor in this field.

Dr. Burstein is like most doctors this day and age - busy with fast pace scheduling of patients. I like Dr. Burstein and I feel very comfortable with him as my Kidney doctor - I'm in stage four kidney disease!!

OVERALL....It was the most HORRIBLE experience EVER! The WORST STAFF & the DOCTOR was "less than impressive"!...this Medical Team earns "One Star & Two Thumbs Down!

Doctor Burstein is an excellent Doctor. He explained everything clearly and is doing all the needed tests. I feel confident having him as my Doctor and overseeing my Kidney disease. He also is caring and compassionate. I highly recommend him.

He was a bit overwhelming on my first visit but he accurately took over my care, consulted with my other doctors and pulled me out of the free fall I was in. I am doing much better under his care.

My Mother always told me.."If you can't say anything GOOD about a person, DON'T say anything at all!" "Ok!...got it! My lips are SEALED!...about the Doctor & his personal staff, the entire experience from beginning to end!"
