I really appreciate how they take the time to make me feel comfortable rather than making the visit feel rushed or clinical. Dental appointments aren't necessarily something most people look forward to, but when you have a team that genuinely cares about your experience, it makes such a difference. I always leave feeling like I was in good hands, and that peace of mind is priceless. I'm so happy to have found a dental office where I feel comfortable and genuinely enjoy coming back to. The office staff are nice professional and explain everything they’re doing clearly. Dr. Brittain helped me understand my X-rays and gave me assurance my teeth were in good hands. I’m so happy to have found a great dentist.

After years of dental anxiety, Dentistry of Old Town has truly been a godsend. The doctors and hygienists are always incredibly gentle, patient, and take the time to listen to and address any concerns, which has made such a difference in my experience with dental care. Even though the office is always busy, scheduling has never been an issue, and I have never once felt rushed through an appointment. Everyone is kind, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I'm so grateful to have found a dental office I can trust and actually feel at ease going to. Highly recommend!

Receptionist with pixie cut was very unfriendly and stern. However, everyone else was great, Giselle did a phenomenal job on my x-rays and was very informative and Angie took great care of me with a light hand.

First time visit and everything went smooth. Would come back and recommend them to anyone looking for dental care services. Edit: They do not do sandblasting or air abrasion for older Porcelain veneers. This was told to me during visit, but the dentist said he still could rebond. I asked if I should go somewhere else and he said no he could fix it. The rebond only lasted about a 2 months. I was not warned that it was only a temporary fix.

Dr Brittain totally missed a problem I had with a back tooth. It got infected and had to be extracted. I went to VEOS, they were great. I found another dentist to do the bridge. All this office cares about is making money by telling you that you need procedures that you don't. No one even introduces themselves. Very impersonal.

Very happy with my care. They asked what my concerns and goals were. The doctor was very professional and friendly. My main concern is keeping the health and longevity of my smile and they seem like they’re on the same page.
