I absolutely recommend anyone considering a new dentist or changing dentist, Go to Dr. Mallory at Dentist of Scottsdale, Bell Rd and Scottsdale Rd. I am the actual patient and I am so excited about my fast braces!!!! Excellent!!! I also want to add that the staff specifically, Nel and Cynthia are outstanding, accomplished technicians and really are responsible for a lot of the success that I have enjoyed. It should not be overlooked. Once again, I highly highly recommend Dr. Mallory and his staff. They are compassionate, they care and they want the customer, in my case myself to be satisfied and excited about the work they do. You really care. So do yourself a favor. I had a last minute medical emergency and called Dr. Mallory. From the office to Dr Mallory and even my hygienist Mel have been absolutely phenomenal since the day I started coming to them almost 8 years ago. I will ALWAYS highly recommend them. I was terrified to get my tooth fixed and walked out smiling even being numb.

The office itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. Dr. Mallory and the Mel the hygienist were both incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which I really appreciated. Dr. Mallory was gentle, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. DO NOT GO HERE! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, TEETH, ORAL HYGIENE or MONEY. James Mallory is a SCAMMER MONSTER and the office tries to up sell you on extra services that you don't need. Every visit was a different price quote for the same work. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to my gut and had a major procedure here that was EXTREMELY PAINFUL AND COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. His equipment was malfunctioning and the tools were rusted with an old syringe that looked like it was out of a horror movie. When his faulty work failed after months, I reached out to inform him and he was rude, dismissive, and doubled down and blamed his malpractice on me! He also sent me a termination letter after I confronted him on the malpractice and requested a refund for the emergency visits I had to schedule to repair the damage he caused costing me five thousand dollars out of pocket. This guy is a fraud and needs to be held accountable for malpractice, unethical and noncompliance as a licensed dentist in Arizona. I advise patients to file a formal complaint against him with Arizona Board of Dentistry like others have done in the past and make him accountable for causing so much pain, stress, damage and stealing our money. He also doesn't respect women.
