Your web site says ‘get seen within 24 hours’ so my first disappointment was that it took almost three days to get someone to get back to me after submitting a request for an appointment. When I got that call, I happened to be in the car but was able to express my sense of urgency and asked if they would please call me back within 2 hours so I could be in front of my calendar. That call never came. I then tried to call your office instead but got the runaround in your automated system and then sent to voice-mail 4-5 times. When I finally got through, I was asking to speak to the person who first called me. The receptionist put the phone down, but I could hear their conversation (about me), which was not respectful. Then, after several minutes I was put on hold without any contact and then eventually I gave up after 10-15 minutes. I tried once more to submit a request on your web site and this time I did get a call back from a woman who was very nice to speak with. Unfortunately, the confirmation e-mail she sent never stated the appointment time, but I assumed it was 3pm because that's when I was told to be there. I filled in all the paperwork prior to the appointment and drove almost an hour to get to your offices. It turns out the appointment was actually 3:30pm, which seems strange to me for having checked in online and filled in all paperwork. I then proceed to wait 45 minutes and eventually had to give up on my appointment as I needed to go pick up my son from school. It thought the communication about expectations was quite poor. I spent almost four hours today for nothing. I’m very disappointed and wanted to give you an opportunity to address the above before I posted my review online, but my e-mails to you went unanswered and I never got a call to reschedule.
