Elizabeth O'connor's Online Review Report Card

All Dr. O’Connor does is give referrals. I don’t think she even knows how to practice medicine anymore. She seems to be disgusted by the elderly and has no time for questions. The one great positive is her staff is friendly especially Ramona. Otherwise, Dr. O’ Connor is completely useless.

I've had a really bad experience with Dr Elizabeth O'Connor on February 2nd, 2021. She logged into a virtual meeting late, kept rushing me and only gave me 10 minutes of her time. She billed me for 45 minutes of care and wrote incorrect information on my chart, even requiring tests I had already taken within the last 3 months. When I first contacted her about it, she left voicemails apologizing and telling me not to pay my bill because she corrected it. 6 months later, they are still billing me for the same charge, the billing department says that she never contacted them. And all throughout it is incredibly difficult to get someone helpful on the phone. The receptionists are unprofessional, talk about inappropriate stuff while they have me waiting on the line. I have spoken verbally and in written format to many different staff, with a variety of degrees of rudeness, but the over arching theme seems to be that they do not communicate with each other.

I do like Dr. O'Connor, my issue is she is a referring machine. Instead of trying to figure out the issue, offering natural ways such as diet changes, she is very quick to send you to lots of other doctors. She has sent me to a doctor who said it was a waste of both of our time because she should have known the reason why a lab test was off and the solution. That was a $394.00 appointment with a specialist. If you want to go to multiple other doctors this is the doctor for you. If you want a comprehensive doctor that can find health solutions to try first. This is not the office for you.

100 % likelihood of me recommending Dr O'Connor Dr O'Connor has been more helpful and knowledgeable than any other provider I have encountered . I would urge anyone looking for a doctor to schedule an appointment.

This is a warm caring doctor, interested in the patient,, takes time,in knowing your concerns. Never rushed. Its a good skill to have,Seems to care for us older patients too

Staff right on track with office processes and Insurance verification, respectful and happy to assist Patient. is short and all medical staff attends with compassion. Compared to other Dr. appointments, this office & staff are exceptional ! HIGHLY recommended.

Dr. O'Connor provides competent and compassionate care, the two important aspects of choosing a healthcare professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a primary care practitioner.

I have been seeing doctors since I was 12 (now 25), I have many ailments and recently had major neck surgery that needed special care as I've have my spinal cord pinched for over 4 years. And not only did I know more than this doctor on diseases and medications. She also gave me a chop-shop health review/experience and didn't listen to anything I said and got my labs wrong. As she was not even listening to the things we discussed as she was typing and telling me to be quiet, when she should have been spending time with me. I will not pay for this poor experience on top of not getting anything out of the appointment + now a lab fee that was ordered wrongly by her. I don't even know if she can read lab reports that's how incompetent this doctor is. Very inexperienced. Would NOT recommend.
