Horribly run practice with people who lie and don’t care about how they treat patients. They don’t return phone calls or lie and say they have. Rude and untrained and unskilled workers. They Overcharge or make mistakes and then won’t give your money back. Such a shame that Dr Alexander is losing patients in droves because of how practice is run. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Must have too many patients, so no time for me. Two appts re-scheduled/cancelled unilaterally, without even consulting with me first, near impossible to get thru and talk to a real person, forget Dr. Alexander. 2nd of two visits lasted a mere 5 min. yet I am dealing with advanced high risk prostate cancer...

I saw Dr. Alexander for several issues and found him to be excellent. He is both skilled and very friendly and easy to talk to.

I have found Dr. ALEXANDER to be an excellent Doctor with great empathy for his patients. I first met him 15 years ago at Scottsdale North Hospital. I was in the hospital to get a colon resection due to a diverticulitis condition. The surgeon was Dr. VAN lier Ribbink. Dr. ALEXANDER was called in to peel my bladder from my colon.. My bladder had attached to my colon due to the condition I had. Dr. ALEXANDER separated my bladder from my colon and the surgery could be performed on the colon. He did an excellent job and I have never had a problem with my bladder. He came and checked on me while I was in the hospital. I have been going to him ever since foot any urinary and prostate issues all to my total satisfaction. Last year I saw him and told him I had to get triple bypass surgery. He was very concerned and asked me to call him to let him know how things turned out. He is a very compassionate person. I highly recommend Dr.ALEXANDER.

Excellent Doctor who truly cares about his patients. I have been going to him for 15 years.

Dr. Alexander was my husband’s urologist. We first thought he had an enlarged prostate. He was catheterized since he could not go on his own. This started on Nov 30th 2020. He was admitted to hospital on Dec. 28th due to acute UTI. They did an abdominal CT & found two masses.A cystoscopy was performed Jan. 4th. I had consistently informed the office & dr. if my husbands rapidly declining physical and mental health. A biopsy was performed January 7th. Biopsy results were in on Jan. 15th. My husband was doing so bad I asked Dr. Alexander & office to give results instead of waiting for an appointment on Jan. 19th. My request was refused & other family members called to tell how seriously ill my husband was. On Jan. 19th my husband was in the ER and admitted. I cried for Dr. Alexander to keep our meeting but he would not do it without my husband, who was in the hospital suffering hallucinations, chronic pain, chronic itching and crying for help. The results were withheld until Wednesday, Jan. 20th. A rm sitter was assigned to my husband since he required 24 hour care. On Thursday, Jan 21st, it was decided to do inpatient hospice so he could have his first night without constant pain, hallucinations, agitation and tears. On Friday, Jan 22nd, my husband died. I never did hear from Dr. Alexander. A nurse practitioner gave me results over the phone. My husband could have been in hospice earlier and saved from going through additional days of hell. Myself and our entire family could have been spared those days of heartache, helplessness and would have been able to see him pain free sooner. We could have been by his side those days and prepared ourselves for losing him. We only had hours with him before he passed. Dr. Alexander did not heed our pleas, showed no compassion or never even called. I pray no one goes through what we did. I would never recommend Dr. Alexander.

On Nov 30th, my husband was catheterized for what we thought was enlarged prostate. On Dec. 28, he was admitted to the hospital with an acute UTI. All of his symptoms were becoming more severe. A CT scan showed two abdominal masses. On Jan. 7th, biopsies were done. We had an appt to hear results on the 19th. In the meantime, my husband’s health sharply declined. On Jan 19th, he was admitted to the hospital. Dr. Alexander refused to keep the appointment & would not release the results. Jan. 20th, results finally released. My husband had a rm sitter in the hospital, chronic pain, hallucinations, crying for help, intense itching. Jan. 21st was placed in inpatient hospice & had his first night of being pain free. Jan. 22, my husband died. Dr. Alexander ignored our pleas, had no right to withhold the results, showed no compassion nor did he ever call me or see my husband at the hospital. He robbed us of being able to do hospice sooner, relieve his pain & have days instead of hours with him.

Pt. Entered ER & hospital. Biopsy results were withheld by Dr. Alexander for 5 days, resulting in the delay of hospice & my husband suffering 24 hrs a day. A rm sitter was assigned to his rm until he moved to hospice. He entered on a Thursday night & died on Friday. Every dr tried to get the results upon him entering the ER.
