This doctor really knows how to shame a patient and make them feel stupid, even if they are educated and managing their diabetes well. I came here to build upon the positive self care I was already engaged in and ended up leaving feeling feeble and lazy instead.

Dr. Sawalha is great. She listens to your concerns. You can discuss options and alternatives with her. If you are lacking knowledge about something she will educate you. As a nurse I find her to be up to date on current healthcare trends. Highly recommend her.

It's shocking to me to see so many positive reviews here, and in such a short span of time. My experience echoes the experience of the person with the bad review. She was condescending, didn't care about my work or self-care for my condition, and was quick to assume me to be stupid or lacking basic knowledge about how the body works. I left and cried in my car, and I'm currently looking for another endocrinologist but am very shaken up.

Dr. Sawalha speaks clearly and breaks down medical terminology that keeps myself and my wife in tune during our appointments, we truly believe that she is genuine by the way she works with us with our medication, and insurance hiccups.

Dr. Sawalha is a doctor that really listens to her patient and was the first doctor I have seen that was really willing to help with the issues that I have been dealing with. So happy with her as my doctor, she really takes the time to go over test results and includes you in the treatment plan. Would highly recommend her.

Not only is Dr. Sawalha knowledgeable and attentive, she puts forth a level of customer care unsurpassed by others. My Mom has tremendous needs with her ongoing diabetes and Dr. Sawalha works with us as if we were her only clients! Many thanks and I'm grateful that we found Dr. Sawalha.
