visited this hospital for 2 times, Worst management there looks, trying to get my medical record, waiting more than a month+, not getting any response at all. sucks :-(

Saw Muncy for suspected RA, ordered labs but not full labs for RA, inconclusive and required more labs. Also added lipid panel without me asking for it but he didnt ask me if i had fasted - i hadn't - and triglyceride results were off the charts. had to order another test from a different provider this time fasted and results were half as high as the Muncy labs run. Total waste of time and their office staff is completely incompetent. I got 2 calls from the MA to go over the same labs (she had forgotten she already talked to me) and both times she forgot to pass along to the office manager that I wanted a callback from her. Months have gone by, still no resolution.

Dr. Muncy has been my primary care doctor for 10 years. I appreciate him as he is very caring and takes the time to explain things in detail when required. He is always very pleasant and easy to discuss things with.

I moved to Arizona in 2017 and began seeing Dr. Muncy after a referral from a friend. Very satisfied with ease and timing of scheduling an appointment and the doctor’s expertise. Very efficient operation. Recently referred another friend who is also very pleased.

Dr. Muncy is an excellent doctor. Always takes time to listen to you and you never feel rushed. Is open minded too and will work with you instead of dictate to you. Really seems to care and knows his stuff. Just a top-notch guy.

Nurses are certainly bad, medicore and good ones leave. Not computerized or has a portal. So meds you have to keep track of! Office Manager/COF is just HORRIBLE. She blames everything staff does on the doctor. Communication is all on you. With not writing things in a computer at the time of the visit vital communications are just lost so you are blamed when they screw up. Run to another doctor and office. Check out Healthgrades!
