Contacted them to rebond a veneer. Receptionist wasnt sure if they had the correct sandblasting tools, and said she would call me back. Never did. And I called 2x. This company couldn't even bother to return a call when they said they would.
I feel truly fortunate to have such a radiant smile today. Thanks to the dedicated dental team. My case was quite complex, involving dental implants, I went through disheartening period when it seemed a necessary bone graft wouldn't be possible, but ultimately, thanks to their enthusiasm and commitment, I achieved the smile I have today. My sincere thanks to everyone, especially Dr. Phan and Dr. Giang.
Happy family dental is the best !!!!
Dr Shyon was fantastic! Made me feel comfortable and safe
Best dental office I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Dang is incredibly caring and compassionate—he truly goes above and beyond for his patients. I flew in from out of state with a dental issue, and he made time to see me the very same day and took care of everything. That level of kindness and dedication is hard to find. I can’t recommend this office highly enough!
Dr. Sawyer is so sweet and gentle. Him and Vivian are a dynamic duo. Dr. S makes sure to check in with me throughout the process to ensure i’m not in pain. They both have taken away my fear of the dentist. So glad I found this dental office.
Had such a good experience at this office! Daisy and Luz were amazing !
Great experience thanks for fitting me in !!!
Sweet staff!
Not only was this the worst dental experience I've ever had, but it was the worst experience in any professional setting I've ever had. I've never been compelled to leave a review anywhere until now. I came in to get a general teeth cleaning and a repair on a chip for ONLY my front right tooth. After the X-rays that I didn't ask for, they told me I had a cavity (it is what it is) and that the total for the day was going to be around $100 (I'm uninsured). I'm thinking, "Oh, that's not bad at all—only around $100 for the cleaning and the tooth repair." They do the general teeth cleaning and then move on to repairing the chip on my tooth. They end up repairing both my right and left front teeth (which I didn't ask for). They then tell me they can't get to the cavity that day and that I need to make an appointment for a later date. The dental assistant comes back and tells me I'm being charged $1,014!!! $450 for EACH chipped tooth. Also, they did a terrible job repairing the chipped teeth. They still looked uneven (even after I requested they go back in and flatten them out), AND the right filling just came out the other day while I was flossing. AND the cherry on top: after this dentist experience, I decided to go to a different dentist to fix the cavity they claimed to see here at Happy Family Dental Care. We had them send over the X-rays to the new dentist, so we know they were looking at the exact same thing. It turns out there's NO CAVITY where they claimed there was a cavity. So to recap: I came in for a cleaning and to repair ONE chipped tooth. I left with $450 worth of work performed on a second tooth that I never requested, uneven repairs, a filling that fell out while flossing, and a cavity diagnosis that was flat out wrong. I cannot recommend this office to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
