List of Harry G. Teaford Iii's Reviews
I'm updating my review. Here's what I wrote in 2019: "As I write this, two of the three reviews previously left about Dr. Teaford indicate that he behaved arrogantly and rudely. I agree with these reviewers' comments. I would also add that I felt belittled and even put down. This is not how one wants to feel after leaving a doctor's office." That didn't fully cover how bad the consultation with Dr. Teaford was. I'd like to add that I really appreciate the other reviewers--because of them I know I wasn't the only person to have a devastating emotional experience. A meeting with Dr. Teaford is like being ambushed emotionally. I was an unsuspecting patient; with NO provocation I was treated antagonistically and like a dog, despite facing possible terminal cancer. Literally, I left shocked & required a long time to recover. I complained to the Mayo Office of Patient Experience, and I've updated this. Why is he still a doctor at Mayo? Where is the justice in this world?
This person is a joke as a Doctor he has no concern for his patients doesn’t listen to concern. I have never felt so unheard on something so simple. He is arrogant, rude, and insulting. I felt belittled and knew that he came in to my appointment with no intention to hear my concerns as a patient. Do no waste your time as I did mine.
A very thorough doctor who has always answered my many questions. He runs every test possible to get a good, thorough look at my immune condition(s). I trust Dr. Teaford and would recommend him based upon my own personal experiences.
This was one of the most emotionally and medically damaging experiences my wife has ever had with a physician. This appointment went as poorly as possible and ended with Dr. Teaford canceling other doctors' procedures, which had to be reordered when she became very sick. He was arrogant and dismissive of her concerns, and his statements included: - "You've had a lot of tests. I don't think we need any more." - "You don't look sick to me." - "I know what was said in the past, but your other doctor can't be trusted." 1. He showed no functional knowledge of Mast Cell disorders - only the single rarest form without any knowledge of the AAAAI's diagnostic criteria. 2. He ignored our request to oversee an immunomodulator medication - that is life-threatening when uncontrolled. 3. He cancelled an important procedure from another doctor. 4. His department chair supported his atrocious behavior on multiple occasions. Stay away from Dr. Teaford & Mayo Clinic AZ for Immunology!

By far the worst Doctor I have been to ever. Waited 3 hours, no apology, very condescending and shared too much information about his own allergies. What a joke!
My experience with him was great--he took an incredible amount of time to study my unique situation and spent all the time I needed to answer my questions. Great communication--a very nice man! I felt listened to and heard, and he went the extra mile to make sure I understood the desensitization process.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
