She is very pleasant, listens and answers Q's BUT staff in her office are ridiculous. Long hold times on the phone. Records that I brought in there didn't make it into my file. Positive tests and prescription called in that I couldn't take, as I don't tolerate them. 2 days later I'm still waiting for the Rx to be changed. I get a call from her office asking me to come in to give another sample, which I just did a few days ago. Not efficient at all. I think they have too many offices.

Dr. D besides being brilliant is terrific. Justhad a procedure done by Dr D and couldn’t be more pleased. Very caring, thoughtful and explained everything to me where I could understand it.she also had her staff call me next day to see how I was doing . The only negative I have is not being able to get through to the office. Too long a wait .

A nightmare before you can even see her. What doctor has an office environment where you are on hold for 16 minutes and then hung up on when you say hello. Then call back and wait 6 minutes and spend 10 minutes answering questions before being able to make the appointment and then having that same person hang up on you because you ask to make the appointment and call back later to give any more info as you need to return to work after being on hold for 22 minutes total and answering ?s for 10. The story goes on...can't believe I even attempted calling a 3rd time...WILL NEVER USE A PLACE LIKE THIS! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL EVEN BEFORE SEEING THE DOCTOR.

Dr. Devakumar is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She took time to listen and explain options and expectations in a clear manner while putting me at ease in what could be an uncomfortable situation. I fully recommend her and am grateful to have found her.

Dr Devakumar is an Excellant Doctor, Skilled Surgeon, Professional , Knowledgeable , and Empathetic. She listens and communicates well. The office environment is excellant. Drs staff are simply amazing. They go above and beyond to assist with patient's needs. I Recommend her to everyone .

Dr. Devakumar is the best. I had surgery 3 weeks ago and I am so happy with the results. She is the best doctor I have seen for my issues and I have been to 5 doctors over the last 3 years. I feel very comfortable with her and trust she is doing the best for me. She takes time with you and carefully listens to your problems and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Devakumar
