Dr Shapiro and his assistant are amazing! He is very comforting, educational, good at distracting when appropriate and he has a good sense of humor as well !! Great bedside manner! Highly recommend.

Arizona urology specialists communication is the absolute worst of any company on the planet. It takes several attempts to get someone to answer after 30 rings and then the person does not speak English. If you need to make or change an appointment, you must psychically go to their office.

All in all a good experience except I felt rushed. One staff member seemed somewhat disorganized on scheduling upcoming appointments.
