Dr. Haddad is the kindest and cares about her patients very much. She has gone above and beyond for me in my pain management. The whole staff has been kind and helpful. They even offer ketamine treatments. I highly recommend them for patients with chronic pain.

I’ve been here twice now and I have no complaints. They’ve been prompt, respectful, and responsive with what I’ve needed. I’ve been to a couple pain management doctors and left them because they were impossible to communicate with regarding appointments. This office has been great so far.

I went for neck injections and, again, the staff was superb. Everything went perfectly, I was sedated so I felt nothing. I closed my eyes and in what seemed like seconds I was awake and done with the procedure. I now feel nothing, neck and upper middle back pain is gone. Dr Haddad and her staff are all wonderful and make the procedure not seem so scary. It was a pleasant experience, again, from the time I walked in until the nurse helped me out to my ride. If you are experiencing pain I highly recommend that you come here.

Thank you guys so much! I've been waiting on this procedure for about a year and a half. Dr Haddad was amazing and the rest of the staff is very kind and helpful and they always gave me two juice boxes instead of one when I asked. My only complaint is the wait time. The first two times I went I was stuck waiting for about an hour and a half before they took me back to do the procedure. The last time I was only waiting about 40 minutes which isn't too bad. I understand that these things happen though, so still 5 stars!!

Dr. Christine Haddad and her staff are amazing!! I’ve been seeing her since 2024 and if you’re neurodivergent (she is nice) even when you think ope this person doesn’t wanna help me … SHE does you just have to communicate with them and make sure if you have a hard time with that to make a list!! But with my experience she will do everything she can for you and THAT says so much more to me that she cares!! The staff is great offices kept very well smells nice in office and clean and a calm environment and atmosphere

My first time going to this 5425 E Bell Rd office. and will be the last The Specialist Dr Haddad was great! and the staff.! But the young blonde female doing the IV's needs to stay home when she is having a bad day. Or someone needs to address her attitude. I'm surprised no one or the staff has complained about her. she seemed very frustrated with everyone she was very rough and irritated when she approached me, she asked me the usual questions and I did say I don't have good veins, well that irritated her even more. I was wearing three shirts, but I said I can remove the two top ones and stay with the working out bra since I've done this before. She made a comment about how a woman was going to be wearing a sports bra in the office??? not sure why it bothered her so much, but it really offended me. she couldn't find my veins so that irritated her even more, she poked me twice and still couldn't manage to get the needle in the correct place, Thanks to the Anesthesiologist he managed to do my IV without torturing me. Thank you. To Miss Pretty Young with the long Blonde Hair if you are unhappy at your job, find one that will make you happy. there is no reason to take it out on someone you don't even know.
