I think they are a scam. There was no beneficial effect of their injection into my shoulder.
Dr. Christine Haddad and her team have been instrumental in reducing my neck and shoulder pain. Great staff and wait times. Much appreciated.
I am a patient at the Phoenix Clinic of Innonvative Pain and Wellness and I would like to give a GREAT THANK YOU to Jina H. Naaim, PA-C. This Physician Assistant is one of the mos professional, energetic, kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgable and finally always smiling Physician Assistant I have ever met! Her professional demeanor and manners are ones that should be taught to all beginning PA's that work directly with patients. She is definitely a role model and pleasure and honor to have as my Physician Assistant. I would strongly recommend Jina H. Naaim, PA-C as your Physician Assistant when you book your next appointment at the Phoenix Clinic of Innovative Pain and Wellness!
Dr. B and Dien are good as are most of the staff with the exception of Rosa, the office manager. She is loud, rude obnoxious! She jumps into a conversation and starts raising her voice because she overheard part of a conversation as she walked by. In all of my years and many doctors never had i been so rudely treated! She ruined, what i would consider, a pretty good practice.
I have never been treated like sooo bad the people at this office are a big scam they gave me a brace ( back belt ) saying that the insurance will fully cover now they are saying that I have a co pay of $300 for that thing and I called the office and the manager was sooo disrespectful .
The doctor is great, but today is my last time coming here. Today the receptionist called me at work TEN TIMES in a row to get me to take an earlier appointment. I left work early (hourly employee) and had my daughter on standby to drive me home. It’s been more than an hour that we have been sitting here. The lobby is FULL of patients with appointments before me, and no one is moving quickly. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of professionalism that resulted in lost wages and feeling incredibly disrespected. The valley has an ample supply of pain doctors, replacing this level of frustration with a practice that cares about their patients will be a pleasure.
Horrible communication with call backs and messages, and a rude front desk member. Most of the time phone isnt even answered. Don't feel well cared for at all. Love Dr. O but now he isn't there anymore.
Saw Dr. Grigutis, fantastic service! Dr. Haddad is Fantastic! Great Service!
I have been coming here for almost 3 yrs, and All the Doctor's and Physician Assistants have been Awesome in treating both my low back pain & neck pain! Even the office staff are Awesome here!
Dr. Hadaad was so thorough, friendly, respectful and patient. She explained my upcoming procedure so well and was kind when I changed my mind on one of the procedure options. The office staff were also super. What a welcoming experience to a new patient!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
