I ALWAYS have a wonderful visit when I have appointments here. The staff is so helpful and do an amazing job at taking care of their patients. Highly recommend and thanks to their diligence, my thyroid levels are finally at a good level. That alone is commendable. They are very thorough and take their time to get to know you not just as a patient but as a person. 10/10 service here.

Not patient oriented. I found a new practice. I joined about 2 1/2 years ago with only 5 semi annual visits. I have never seen a MD & I’ve never seen the same PA twice. They leave the practice. This last 9:30 am appointment resulted in a 1 hour wait for a routine visit. Since I never see the same PA scheduled I asked the receptionist “Who will I see today because I never see the same person?” She gave me the name of the PA & said “ She’ll be here for the long road.” After 30 min. In Lobby I was moved to exam room where I waited another 30 min. The door popped open & I was told the PA I would see had to leave. They sent in an unknown person who asked a few questions to pacify me then rescheduled another visit in 6 weeks with a PA. No way am I going back! Lovely building, but poor organization and patient care.
