Quite the professional and has friendly, caring attitude!

Dr Daitch's communication skills were great for my stent removal.....I have Epilepsy, just suffered a stroke and between the nurses and Dr Daitch my stress level was brought way down....NOTE: never had this type of procedure ever done let alone without antiesthetic of some nature........Highly recommend Dr Daitch and team to anyone that has doubts

I was treated by Dr. Daitch for bladder cancer. I think he is outstanding!

Dr. Daitch is highly regarded in his specialty, but getting to see the guy is virtually impossible. He was recommended by my family physician. Set up an appointment in May for late July, the soonest available time. In June I get a voicemail from one of the staffers who tells me I have to go see another physician at another facility but provides no reason. I tell her I wanted to see Daitch and I am supposed to get called back after she talks to others. I hear nothing for 2 weeks. Then I get a voicemail message saying my appointment is canceled because they didn't hear from me! Then the woman I am talking to says that the nearest appointment is in September--3 months away. Terrible staff. They leave you anonymous messages with no name or extension. You call back and you talk to another person who knows nothing about anything. And they cancel an appointment after a months wait, because they feel like it! And then push you off for 3 months. Stay away.

Dr. Daitch is highly regarded in his field. Office staff is the worst of all. In early May I called to set up an appointment. Late July was the next available date. In mid-June I get a voicemail that I have to see another physician of their's at another facility. I call back and the person tells me she knows nothing about anything and Daitch does not see anyone at the other facility. I am supposed to get a call back after she talks to others. In 2 weeks I hear nothing. Then I get a voicemail saying my appointment is canceled because I did not get back to them!! I call back and the woman tells me that the nearest appointment is in September, 3 months away! She provides no reason for the canceled appointment which is still 45 days away. This is NOT the person to try to see. Staff plays games with you and gives no explanations for multiple cancelations. They cancel for no reason and you never talk to the anonymous person who called the first time and leaves no name or extension. Another case of a physician who is totally clueless on how to run a business.

Dr. Daitch took quite a bit of time explaining my situation to myself and my wife on our initial examination. The procedure was inserting a artificial urinary cuff to allow me to control my own urinating. I was not able to urinate on my own for 22 months. This easy surgery literally changed my life which would have been to ware diapers the rest of my life. The entire process was managed in an excellent manner!

As a result of prostate removal and follow up radiation, my urethra became scarred resulting in significant bladder control issues. After the scarring was opened surgically, Dr Daitch performed surgery and implanted an Artificial Sphincter. Post recovery the device was activated and my quality of life was restored. Went from using 8-10 heavy duty pads per day to zero pads. Remarkable Dr and team doing remarkable things. THANKS Dr Daitch.... I am very pleased with my outcome. pat

Dr. Daitch is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and an excellent communicator. He is also quite personable and cares about his patients. He literally saved my life! I highly recommend him.

In my first visit, I came to see Dr Daitch about testicular pain/hormone levels however he quickly dismissed my questions and moved on to a conversation about ED RX drugs. I told him I already had a RX (for decades) and I was good on that. He seemed perturbed & told me I was trying to direct the conversation. I then received an insurance bill stating the visit was coded as"ED" vs testicular pain(the entire reason for my visit). The bill was over $370 billed to me in full due to his miscoding. I surmise he receives a smaller amount if insurance pays- per contract etc. I then inquired with Insurance, who asked for his notes but Daitch avoided like the plague. After several months and numerous conversations, I received them. His notes were as careless and negligent as the visit itself. The notes said I saw doctors previously that I've never even heard of. The dates on some of the histories were decades off. My feeling is that this doctor has his own agenda and its not your health.

When I circled back with Dr Daitch, for his notes, Dr Daitch and his nasty office staff avoided the situation like the plague, often ignoring phone calls. Dr Daitch then told me to use their internal "portal system" which he and staff also ignored. I had to conduct embarrassing conversations over and over about my medical history educating their incompetent billing staff as well as insurance reps about my medical history. I could not comprehend their callousness but my understanding is that Doctors receive less money if insurance pays- (per their contract) vs snatching non covered amounts (paid in full) directly from patients. etc. After several months and numerous conversations, I received the notes but they were as careless and negligent as the visit itself. The notes stated I saw doctors previously that I've never even heard of. The dates on some of the histories were decades off. This office is incredibly disorganized and self serving. My feeling is that this doctor and staff have their own agenda and it's not your health.
