The doctor did a procedure and did not follow protocol leaving me with a lot of pain. He did not discuss with me the procedure he was going to do or I would not have done it because I have a pain condition.

MOHS Surgery 06/01/2021 on top of my left hand. While Dr. Barr was stitching me up "he said I would have interior dissolvable stiches" as well as 7 exterior stiches. Two weeks later the exterior stiches removed and it came wide open. NO INTERIOR Stiches by Dr. Barr. Pictures where taken and a supervisor on site came in, wrapped my entire hand and told me to keep it wrapped for a week or two. Any problem's give them a call. Why say he going to give me interior dissolvable stiches and not do it!?. I feel this is neglect to provide professional surgery. My hand is healing with a large gash on it. Thanks Dr. Barr, I'll have to look at this for the rest of my life!

Dr. Barr did not address my concerns about cosmetic outcome for basil cell removal. Started with 1/4" blemish and ended with a 3+" scar. There was no conversation no warning or explanation. How do think anyone would be ok with that. Never addressed the 2 other concerns that were diagnosed during initial visit. Absolutely heartbreaking to come home to that. What a total hack. Vet your doctors. Lesson learned. Don't go near this doc or Affiliated Derm. group. If he has done thousands of these as he claimed I feel really bad for previous patients.

Dr. Barr is caring and very professional. I have been seeing him for over 6 years and couldn’t be happier. He listens to me and completed three Mohs procedures on me. I have recommended him to many of my friends.

Dr. Barr and his staff are absolutely caring, careful and very friendly and warm. I really felt good about my experience which I was nervous going in. I highly recommend affiliated dermatology, Dr. Jason Barr and all the staff. They all deserve recognition!!
