I can't say enough great things about the office! The entire team is amazing, friendly, and so attentive from the moment you walk in. They truly make you feel comfortable and take the time to explain everything, never making you feel rushed. The doctors and staff genuinely care about their patients, and it shows in every interaction. The office is clean, welcoming, and professional, and the quality of care is outstanding. If you're looking for a dental office that treats you like family while providing excellent care, I highly recommend them!

They are listed as a periodontist on multiple healthcare websites, which is why I scheduled an appointment--I specifically needed a periodontist. After going through all the intake paperwork and providing my insurance information, the dentist then told me he was only a general dentist and could not help with the treatment I needed. That would have been frustrating enough, but they still charged both me and my insurance a total of $250 ($50 copay and $200 insurance payment) for a visit that provided no actual care or solution. When I raised the issue, their response was that they "used to have a periodontist, but he left years ago," and that they cannot control what appears on healthcare websites. While that may be true, they can absolutely control being honest when a patient clearly states the type of specialist they need. Instead, they allowed the appointment to proceed, then charged for a service they knew they could not provide. Very disappointing experience.

Cannot recommend them enough, Dr. Kovacik and the rest of the dental staff are all amazing and incredibly friendly. Everyone at the front desk is nice and very welcoming. They have a great spot and will treat you well for any dental work you need.

I’m so impressed with Kind Family Dentistry, not only are they kind they go above and beyond to help. From the wonderful receptionist Laura to the fantastic and talented Dr K. aswell as his assistant Leslie all were professional and good at what they do. I have had horrible experiences Dentists before, and they changed my point of view. They changed my heart. They made me feel comfortable . I highly recommend making your appointment with them! Hi, it was my first time coming to this dental office. I absolutely love it. The staff are so welcoming, helpful and nice. The dentist is amazing and very professional. The first desk staff was kind. The hygienist was awesome. The dentist on the other hand lacks compassion and empathy. This has been the most horrific experience I’ve encountered with a dentist. I went in for a filling, suffered in pain for a week. Went back in to see the dentist and he was not (kind) asking me what I wanted him to do. I had to remind him multiple times that I was the patient and he was the dentist. All I know is came in for a filling prior to no issues with the tooth and now I am in pain. Left his office still in pain and he advised me to take Advil and see a specialist for a root canal. Luckily I found a dentist across the street and was competent and showed compassion to address and fix the issue and now I am pain free, no thanks to Kind Dentistry.

I have been very happy with Kind Family Dentistry, specifically Dr. Brady and his entire team. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, by name and the office itself is a calm environment. As a physician myself I have high standards for medical/dental care and I was not disappointed by a single encounter or procedure. My initial cleaning was explained in detail at a level I have never had before during a cleaning (thanks Joe!). I then needed a few fillings and I did not experience a moment of discomfort or pain throughout the entire process. The billing is transparent and I can't recommend this clinic enough to anyone looking to find a lifelong dentist in the Scottsdale area!

Everyone was nice and friendly. I had no issues with what they told me after x-rays were completed. And I have a clear understanding of my treatment plan. I have a great dentist, and he has amazing staff.
