Lisa Pepka Md's Online Review Report Card

I’m honestly shocked to see any negative reviews. Dr Lisa and Dr Ally have provided my children with the best care. I didn’t realize how neglected the care was from other providers. I came from North Scottsdale Pediatrics and felt nothing like I do here with Dr Lisa and Dr Ally. The office staff is even amazing. Compassionate, knowledgeable, always on time, and diligent in calling in prescriptions. They both also answer all of my questions and explain things very carefully. I’ll never go to another practice, I’m very grateful to have been recommended to this practice by a close friend.

Dr.Lisa Pepka and her staff are great. We have been seeing dr. Pepka since our twins were born. Front staff is sweet, wait time is very reasonable and most of all, dr. Pepka is great with our girls. She spends more than sufficient time to examine them and answers all our questions. She is never in a hurry to leave the room and I dont feel rushed through the visit. We had called the office to ask questions & left message with staff and Dr. Lisa pepka herself calls back the SAME day to answer our concerns/questions, which is amazing.

Dr. Lisa Pepka was my daughters Pediatrition until we moved to Washington and let me tell you she’s the best Doctor ever! My daughter had a lot of medical problems her first year of life so much so that we had to have her father involved since he was a doctor too. It came to a point where we had her cell phone number to call! Like what kind of an amazing doctor do you have where you’re able to have her cell phone number! I wish I could have brought her to Washington with us! Daughter is doing great now with no more medical problems! Dr Pepka Pearl says hello!

The office doesn't know how to communicate with the parents

Our kids have gone to Dr. Lisa since birth and we couldn’t be more happy w her! She has been there for everything along the way so far and she is very patient and caring to all 3 of my kids and always any concerns have seriously! I have recommended her several times since my daughter was born Fun fact she was recommended to be my one of her dad’s former Patients that now takes her daughter there!

Dr. Albert Pepka was my wife's pediatrician and Dr. Lisa has been our kids pediatrician for the last 8 years. We absolutely adore both of them! Always up to date on the latest research but also understands the reality of real-world parenting and supports you in whatever ways necessary. Your kids will be in excellent hands!

We love Dr. Lisa and her staff! Everyone is welcoming, caring and friendly. My kids feel comfortable with everyone, and we always get in and out in a timely manner.

At first Dr. Lisa was a very nice person I loved taking my daughter to see her and it seemed like she really did care about my daughter. She was my daughters doctor for 2 years. What I dislike about her is she tried to tell me that I needed to take my daughter to Phoenix children's hospital if my daughter ever needed to go to the hospital. I'm not going to drive 30 minutes to take my daughter to a hospital especially if it's something serious I'm always going to take my daughter to the closets hospital. She was rude to me because I didn't take my daughter to the hospital she wanted me to take her to. I didn't deserve the disrespect and at least I took my daughter to the hospital there are parents out there that dont care at all! I know what's best for my child! I dont recommend Dr lisa.

I have been taking my daughter to pepka pediatrics since she was born. At first we had a different pediatrician that I didnt really care to much for but when we were introduce to Lisa I was so pleased! She is a great with my daughter and full of energy, which my daughter loves. Lisa always makes sure to let me voice my concerns and makes me feel not so crazy even for the smallest concern I might have as a new mom. I am so glad that she is our provider and couldn't have asked for a better pediatrician for my little love bug.
