Best GI doctor I have worked with, capable of thinking outside the box and integrating other health issues and concerns into overall care and wellness. Tremendous respect and care for her patients.

Dr. Harris, my internist for a number of years when she practiced in New York, was excellent. She was meticulous with respect to preventive care. She ran diagnostics till she found the cause of a problem, and then she took care of it.

Do NOT go to this doctor. I had one of the worst experiences ever with Lucinda Harris MD. Firstly, she did not want to reschedule my colonoscopy because I was hit with painful menstrual cramps the day of my exam. Further, she refused sedation to ease the pain of a colonoscopy claiming it was "much better to do it without" so you can imagine the kind of pain involved when she began the test. In spite of my asking her several times to STOP the test during the procedure because of how painful it was, she refused stating "if I stop now, it's only going to hurt more when I begin again". I could not move, could not get her to stop the excruciatingly painful test. She finished her job that she did coldly then had the audacity to ask me "are you ok"? when she saw the tears streaming down my face. I have not had a colonoscopy since and never will again thanks to the merciless, butchering hands of Lucinda Harris. Her license to practice medicine should be revoked. The woman is a sadist.

Dr. Lucinda Harris has been my physician for 3.5 years. I went undiagnosed for several years; she diagnosed my problems that other doctors missed. Getting the correct diagnoses has changed my life. She is a knowledgeable, caring doctor that I have ever had. She is a great diagnostician, has excellent follow-ups and she always calls you back. She has always been there to answer any question that I had. I have had several procedures done by her and honestly can say she is in the right profession. Dr. Harris also has this wonderful team/staffs that you could ever ask for; Rosa, Debbie and her nurse Terri are the "best"! They always have a caring smile, are very helpful scheduling, answering your questions and they never act like you are bothering them, no matter how many questions you ask. They make you feel happy to be there. In addition, they all have a great sense of humor. Dr. Harris, thank you for giving me my life back. You and your staff are the best! Debbie Robertson

She is a great diagnostician and has great follow-up. She will always call you back even call you on weekends to check on you. She has always been there to answer any questions I might have. She is always on time and her wonderful staffs, her nurse Terri, Rose and Debbie are the "best"! They always have a caring smile and are very helpful scheduling, answering any questionsand they act like you are bothering them. They make you feel happy to be there. Dr. Lucinda Harris scheduled me for a colonoscopy. I called the morning of to say I was having terrible menstrual cramps and bleeding and if I should postpone the test. I was told to come in as scheduled. During the procedure, I developed cramping that was so severe, I began crying and begging her to stop. She refused and said if she did, it would only cause me more pain when we started again. I begged her repeatedly to stop and she did not until she finished. I was pale, crying, trembling and she asked if I was ok. I told her no. No anesthetic was given, even though I asked for it prior to the procedure. She denied me and said nowadays it was not necessary! I heard she left New York and went to Arizona, so beware wherever you are of this doctor.
