What makes an excellent doctor? Is it intelligence, compassion, insightfulness, dedication, passion, or humility? I met Dr. Sosinsky about a month ago for chronic headaches and ear pain that I was having this spring which were not going away. On the advice of my ENT doctor, I searched for an experienced neurologist to evaluate my ear pain, and am I glad I found Dr. Sosinsky on Healthgrades. From the moment I first met her, I was impressed by her intuitive examination regarding my condition. She immediately ordered an MRI of the brain and an ultra sound of the neck. During my return visit on April 29th, she went over the results which were all good ones. What I liked about her, is that she treated my visits with care and genuine concern. She gave me wise and scholarly advice. She exuded confidence and enthusiasm during my visits. I left her office knowing that Dr. Sosinsky personifies all of the characteristics of an excellent doctor who loves her profession and her patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sosinski for several years. I went to her originally because I was in an automobile accident and I had a concussion. I’ve had several falls since then with head injuries. She has been very kind. My daughter is in Las Vegas and she Is always on FaceTime with us while I’m in the office. This way, my daughter knows what’s going on with me and Dr. Sosinski is glad that someone is keeping track of my health needs.

Dr. Sosinsky was smart, articulate and caring. The problem is..there is NO FOLLOW UP by her staff. All you get is voice mail when you call and NO ONE CALLS BACK. I have left 4 messages and no return calls. How is this good medical practice?
