Excellent experience with Dr. Steinway. He’s a caring knowledgeable physician and takes time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Would not hesitate to recommend any friends and family to him.

The level of customer service has gone down and the doctor will not talk to you regarding a family member even if your the healthcare POA. It took them 1 hour just for them to tell me my mom needed to reschedule since she couldn’t use zoom, but was on the phone to talk with her doctor. I am very disappointed in the way we were treated today.

Excellent Dr. Very knowledgeable. I was referred to this Dr. By one of his associates out of my area. Seen him by video health call made an office appointment ( 4 hrs from me ) and within a few weeks had a complete kidney removed due to cancer of ureter and kidney. He did a few zoom appointments before and after surgery to save me time and travel expenses which I really appreciated. His office staff is very friendly and will get you an appointment very quickly when needed. In my opinion this Dr. SAVED MY LIFE!!! Highly Recommend

Dr Steinway is always very patient focused and detail-oriented.

Although I don't have enough information to review Dr. Steinway himself, I absolutely do not recommend this practice: All calls are routed to a noisy phone room staffed by non-native English speakers. Not only is the service crapola but, between the broken English and the loud background talk of all the whole gang there in the room in -- where, The Philippines? -- I end up feeling like a total piece of meat. Not so ironic when one is dealing with their urologist. At the end of my most recent call (after the every-single-time round of basic questions about myself and my address and dinner preferences and y-chromosomes (ha-ha, not really) I was finally told "you must wait 24 - 48 hours." So there we have it. Wait on hold forever listening to the same scratchy maudlin music as every faceless multinational corporation you've ever been unlucky enough to have to call "supporting" expensive medical and, assumedly, skilled medical care.

I wouldn’t even give this doctor a one star review. My brother was born with no arms or legs and is paralyzed and dr Steinway is (was) his urologist. This doctor refused to treat or even come into the room with my brother because my brother can not medically wear a face mask. Can you believe this! My brother uses his face and mouth to do everything. He literally can not physically wear a face mask for real legit medical reasons. This isn’t about taking a stand for anything. This is MEDICAL. We can’t even trust our doctors any more. Now as my brother continues to suffer with his medical condition that he went to the dr for treatment today, he has to go through the whole referral process with insurance to get a new urologist. This takes weeks. My brother has spent more time in the hospital these past 12 months than out of it. Not one doctor/nurse/PA/surgeon in the medical setting has ever treated him so horribly. Not even at the height of covid. I felt so bad for staff at this office as they repeatedly apologized for the disgusting behavior from this doctor.
