The entire visit was excellent! Staff kind and attentive as was Dr. Choi. I was a new patient and got in in 3 days.

Very disappointed after my appointment for my 7 year old son. We were put in a room to wait for Dr. Choi just to be moved to the same kind of room he was already sitting in, before my son could get in the door he told him to drop his pants. Without warning or gaining my very nervous child’s permission he grabbed his genitals to exam. His words were clinical and intimidating for my son. I was never asked what brought me in or if I had any concerns, I was referred to him by my PCP who shared my concerns but I didn’t get a chance to explain before he proceeded to parent shame me that I am not assisting my son properly in cleaning himself. His mannerism is harsh and offensive and he comes across as rude and condescending. He informed me that my son was in no medical need of a circumcision and my response was bummer, and he snapped at me, why? I said I would just prefer it and before I finished my sentence his response was then why didn’t you circumsize him at birth. Shocked, I replied that it wasn’t my choice since I had adopted him after he was 2 years old. He handed me the clip board and said to give it to his secretary on my way out and he didn’t need to see us back unless my son can’t keep it clean. There were so many things during this appointment that he said that were unprofessional and offensive. I would not waste your time seeing this Dr. We will be getting a second opinion.

PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL UROSTOMY FOR ME 2002 PERIODIC FOLLOW-UP UNTIL END OF 2011. RELEASED ME PROCLAIMING ALL O.K. WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTACT HIM SHOULD PROBLEM NEEDS ARISE.

He was 2hrs late. He is unprofessional, disrespectful, irrational,and unethical. He was angry at something that happened to him prior my daughters appt. And was screaming at us for reports that were not giving to him by staff. He behavior in front of my daughter was very out of order for a first time visit.
