The best pediatrician you will ever have hands down. We moved states and after many different doctors, we are still not able to find a doctor anywhere close to how amazing she is.

We have been taking our kids to Paradise Pediactrics for the past 2 years. We love the office and Dr. Redleaf. She is thorough, efficient and kind.

Don't ever go to her. 2 years in her care. She diagnosed his speech delay. While trying to get into a special. Weds pre k they can't get s reading. Go to another dr in the practice and he said he couldn't see his ear drums. Fast track we had to have him put under at pch bc he had excessive earwax blockage and couldn't hear. How do u not catch that in 2 years?!?!?!? That's something u think your ped looks everytime. Negligence.

Dr. Redleaf is an amazing Doctor.She spends enough time with our son and speaks directly to him (13 yo) and not like he's not in the room.She is VERY through and we are so glad to have her for our pedatrician!

I absolutely LOVE this doctor!!! Her bedside manner is amazing! They ALWAYS call to follow-up.....and she doesn't rush me off the phone EVER! She answers every single question I have and does not act annoyed or short with us during our appointments. She spends as much time in the room with your child as necessary. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor!!!! A++++++

Melissa is an outstanding pediatrician. She is very knowlegable, and really cares about her patients. She has been with Phoenix Pediatrics for a long time, but I would follow her anywhere.
