I literally made a yelp for this just to let anyone that wants to use them they probably should not. They sent me a portal to set up on thursday last week for my appointment today. I called today because I didn't get a chance to set up my portal. My phone broke, my wife is having bad medical issues, and I just had twins 3 months ago. This part was my fault that I didn't get it set up. So I called today and asked if she could send me that portal again so that I could get it set up and pay but she said "that's a negative". I have severe anxiety and just moved to corpus and they aren't willing to help just a little bit. She then proceeded to tell me that "the doctor took a lot of time out of his day to get me in and that they would not only not reschedule my appointment but that they would never except me as a patient again". This office is super unprofessional and the lady at the front desk thinks she can be rude if she uses a low voice. So I will continue my search around Corpus Christi to try and get the help that this place has no intention of providing.

So I am a male in my 50's. I have been putting off talking to a Urologist for sometime about my urinary symptoms. In the very first visit with Dr. Darson, he listened to all of my symptoms, explained in great detail what he thought the problem was and the testing needed to confirm his diagnosis. I walked out of the visit actually understanding a fairly complex Urology issue. Honestly, I would recommend this doctor to members of my own family.

I was referred to Dr. Darson from my primary care doctor as my PSA had spiked up over the normal range. He scheduled several procedures to check for an enlarged prostate and rule out any possibility of a bladder tumor. Dr. Darson and his assistant Blake performed a Cystoscopy in October 2021, the procedure seemed rushed and went quickly. within 2 days of the procedure, I had a nasty Urinary Tract Infection. They had given me a single dose of Cipro after the procedure. I called the office and they directed me to an urgent care, as it was a Saturday, where they took a urine culture. The results took 4 days and It turned out that I had one of the worst pathogens you can possibly have, Proteus Mirabilis which was resistant to the Cipro and all other antibiotics except Merapenen and Ertapenem which are Intravenous only. The PA on duty at AZ Urology told me to go to the hospital. As it turned out I was in the hospital 3 days followed by 7 days of outpatient IV Therapy. Cost $27,000

Id give 0 stars if possible. Don't waste your time. So i set an appointment up about 30 days ago. Left my current provider and was excited to find someone near me since i moved. Heres the kicker. They send you an email and god forbid you are mentally ill (the entire reason i needed the dr to begin with) and forget to open it within 3 days then your appointment is null because the link expires and the receptionist refuses to set up another email account for you using another email to try and save the appointment or fix the issue. Instead shes rude and hangs up on you and is no help. I am positive I'm not the only one that has had this issue it is ridiculous that his receptionist has not figured out a way to fix it. Do better. Guess im glad i missed out because the lack of confidence this has shown me says this is the only dr i wouldn't trust of he cant figure a solution to a simple issue. Save your money go else where

Just got home from an appointment with Dr. Darson and his assistant Blake. They were rude and rushed us out of the appointment. They only saw my wife and I four minutes tops. My wife was explaining what was happening only to be interrupted to push things along. Wow, first time we ever experienced unprofessional service at a doctor's office.

Darson and the staff at Arizona Urology are nothing short of great. I have had a stubborn kidney stone and they have been with me the whole way. I cannot imagine having other doctors help me

Outstanding Doctor in treatment of BPH. Expert in use of REZUM procedure. Very clear and concise explanations of treatment and extremely good at performing the procedure. Inspires confidence. I highly recommend Dr. Darson.

What am amazing doctor And such a personable man I have had 2 surgeries with doctor Darson And I cannot say anough good things about him. I highly highly recommend him

My young son needed emergency surgery and Dr. Darson performed it. He did an outstanding job and explained everything to me before and after the surgery. Thank you Dr. Darson I was such a worried mom and you helped me really calm down.
