Been going for over two years. Without a doubt the level of care I’ve received here has been amazing.

My gf started with Cassandra about a year and half ago. Everything was well in the beginning, as time wore on things became apparent that this place was terribly disorganized. Cassandra as a psychiatrist is fantastic, it's really unfortunate she works in such a horrible practice. She'd thrive outside of it. The front office is absolutely terrible and rude. They will absolutely NEVER EVER answer the phone. And I mean never. They will eventually call you back when you leave a message. We once attempted to call them all day Thursday and Friday trying to get a prescription refilled, when they weren't answering I drove from Tempe to Scottsdale and walked into their office, the front office ladies had their feet kicked up relaxing just chatting. It was quite clear they weren't busy at all and just weren't answering the phone. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Like I said before Cassandra is a fantastic psychiatrist and it's unfortunate she is stuck in such a shitty practice.  The reason for leaving this place is because of some misunderstandings. My gf over the course of the year and half missed a couple.of appointments. We happily paid the fee for a no show appointment. Their office gave no reminder calls or emails(still no excuse to miss an appointment but it's a nice touch when they do). There were a few times that we called to reschedule an appointment and the front office didn't do their job and they attempted to still charge us which caused a rift. But we all worked it out. The straw that broke the camels back was when the front office attempted to send new disclosure paper work via email, and when we didn't have the paper work filled out before The appointment they said the appointment couldn't go through and we'd be charged for a no show. I attempted to discuss with them and explain this wasn't a no show and it wasn't our fault they didn't notify us new paperwork needed to be signed. They argued back and forth that we'd need tk pay it in order too move forward. We chose to look for a new practice as this was becoming an issue. A recommendation to the owner who will read this. Fire your front office staff and find people who actually care about patients. Revise your guidelines to make thing easier on your patients. Without your patients you don't have a business, and it looks to me based on your reviews on yelp and Google that I'm not the only one that feels this way. For those considering this place. Seek other places, it'll save you a head ache long term.

Dr. Michael Wright has been extremely helpful to me. He made it easy to open up and create a personal connection, and his patience, professionalism, and willingness to be helpful were above and beyond what I would have expected! I highly recommend him and greatly appreciated his guidance!

The office manager, Kim, is the most unprofessional office manager. She argues and blames every mistake on everybody else, including patients.After her making another error in my daughters appointment multiple times. I went to speak with her about it. She was busy arguing with another patient while I waited. After the patient hung up on her, I tried to explain that she told me that my daughter had an appointment at 1100. She She argued saying that it was my mistake and told me to leave. Unprofessional....Oh my. I am sitting here in my car waiting for my other daughter and the police show up?! She called the police! Saying I smelled like alcohol.... Good thing the police are smarter. NNNNOOO to this place. Save yourself.I amWe will no longer be going to this facility

Been going here for multiple years, 2 or 3 now. Not any more. Had basically nothing but issues for most of it. Feel super bad for the few good providers and staff in this office because you are being brought down by your company and deserve better. The office staff (office manager Kim specifically) is EXTREMELY rude and curt, as well as continuously billed me incorrectly for almost a year, leading to the billing department calling me and saying I owed money. I was able to disprove that I owed anything via my bank statements, luckily. But they didn't even know what days they were saying I didn't pay; they just slap missed payments onto your most recent appointment dates instead of the actual date you allegedly didn't pay. I refused to pay due to this and an employee had to call me back 30 min later with the 'actual' dates I didn't pay, all of which I again disproved with bank statements.I also had a breakdown and was trying desperately to contact the office, my emails and phone calls were being entirely ignored until I finally yelled at a secretary, and then was given a written email warning about my behavior towards office staff (which had been nothing but neutral and polite until that point) about how if I did this again they'd drop me immediately as a client. I later learned the lack of response was because three or so people in the office CAUGHT COVID and DID NOT WANT TO TELL ANYONE. Extremely gross and negligent. I get that that was a rough time for you but there's no reason to not communicate the fact that you may be spreading a virus around the office and that maybe patients should get tested for their own health and safety. So they don't end up hurt like you guys almost did.Last but not least, my psych (Sarah) wouldn't even respond to my therapist's emails or work with her in regards to me, due to a personal vendetta which had nothing to do with me. Unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Bye and good riddance; tired of being treated like an idiot and being super careful around Kim every time I call the office so I don't make her angry like before.

Called several times and could not even get a call back. I called different days of the week and left messages. If the front office operates this way when just trying to get an appointment, then I could just imagine the service when you get when you really need something. Very disappointing.

The worst, willing to break so many laws for money. Very crooked, very shady, uses hushmail to automatically destroy all sent emails, charges for no service rendered. They charged me to insult me and my wife. So shady and unprofessional. I wasn't helped an iota, but I got billed!

Excellent caring staff. Professional office. Been going here for years. Highly recommend.

My employer knowingly allowed the creation and distribution of child porn on their platform. I went to this office to get counseling surrounding it and the death threats I have been receiving off and on over the past 1.5 years now.  After voicing my concerns with Michael about politics and how I think it is unprofessional for him to say things like, "What will Trump Supporters do next?" they have flipped a complete 180 on me, charged me $75 to the card on file, and discharged me from their office with no prior warning.  Sad part is? I am not even a Trump supporter and I know how messed up this is to be treated this way.  They failed to update my phone number several times, they do not sit with you through a full session, they talk more about themselves than they do counseling patients like me who are literally crying for help. And now apparently you have to choose their Political side of things in order to get the serious help that I need right now.  This office represents exactly what is wrong with this world right now. People that care more about money, politics and getting away with malpractices by discharging clients before they can be convicted.

Kim in the office is the rudest, most unethical, unqualified and unprofessional person in a health related office I have ever encountered. I am not sure why she is still employed when there are so many qualified, ethical and professional individuals that would love to have this position. I do not recommend this office for any use, especially mental health. It just might make things worse. Beware and stay away.
