Dentist and hygienists are lovely. They are very thorough and keep detailed notes on teeth. Have honest practices and don’t pressure for unnecessary X-rays every visit. I would go again. Communication could improve. The dentist shared that I had 1 cavity, but when I arrived for the fillings, I was informed I had 3 cavity’s. I understand miscommunications happen, but this is a major piece of information to not clearly share with a patient prior to scheduling. In all my dental experiences this type of oversight has never occurred. The front desk person comes across as rude.

I am new to the Scottsdale area and needed a dentist. It would be my first visit to a dentist in over two years. Fortunately, Mod Dentistry was recommended to me by one of their patients. It is now my dentist of choice forever! From the first time I called them to inquire about becoming a new patient, I was treated warmly and respectfully by their wonderful receptionist, Melissa. It turned out that they had time for me the very next day and so I went for the initial set of x-rays (all digital), cleaning, etc. My appointment was for 9:00am and I was taken at 8:55. The entire staff, the two dental assistants (Sami and Casaandra) and the dental hygienist (Sonata) explained everything they were about to do and constantly asked me if I was comfortable. As someone who is generally afraid of going to the dentist because of my childhood memories of pain, I am happy to say that the entire experience was 100% pain free. The dental hygienist, Sonata, was extraordinarily thorough in removing the plaque and cleaning my teeth and checking my gums. I was then seen by the dentist, Dr. Fox. He could not have been more kind and concerned about my dental and overall health. He carefully explained all the results from all of the images (about 20) they had taken of my teeth and gums and gave me a game plan for refilling one filling that had broken off and one tooth that needed a crown and two crowns that needed to be replaced. We went ahead with the filling and one new crown immediately. I never had to wait between the visits by the assistants, hygienist or dentist. And, most importantly, there was no pain associated with the injection of the anaesthetic in my gums for the refilling and crown. And the anesthetic took effect within minutes and there was no pain whatsoever with the drilling associated with refilling that cavity and installing a crown. And I was able to get the permanent crown within an hour as they have their own machinery to make crowns. Dr. Fox took great care to make sure that the crown fit perfectly and matched the tone of my other teeth. All i all, it was the best possible experience you could have at a dentist's office and I will now be a regular. I had checked out several other Scottsdale area dental practices online and every other one had comments about unnecessary procedures and charges. Nothing like that at Mod. In sum, if you want a dental practice with a caring and highly professional staff who are committed to excellent service and ensuring that you are always comfortable, this is the place. I will never go anywhere else.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fox for months and he has been so great. He’s very considerate, conservative, and answers any questions. He’s helped me through some very complicated dental issues. So grateful for him!

The team at Mod Dentistry is first-rate. Sonata is an excellent dental hygienist who performs cleanings with skill and care. Dr. Fox is compassionate and attentive--he addressed a pressing issue during my visit without hesitation, taking the time to handle it thoroughly and without rushing! Melissa brings warmth and expertise as the Office Coordinator. A special shout-out to Kassandra , whose cheerful and gentle manner makes it easier to sit in the dental chair!

Dr. Singh and her entire team have been truly amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly, professional, and trustworthy. Dr. Singh took the time to recommend a few solutions for my tooth sensitivity and focused only on what was actually needed, never trying to upsell unnecessary treatments. She does exceptional work! Most recently, I completed SureSmile treatment (similar to Invisalign) with her, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Melissa at the front office was extremely helpful with billing and insurance, and Sammy made the entire process smooth by helping with all the details and follow-up care. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and with Dr. Singh's work. She is talented, honest, and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Singh and her team!

From Melissa in the beginning to Sammy to Dr Singh. I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life but never have I had the complete start to finish service they provided. Explained things to a “t” and made me feel incredibly welcome. What a team! Thanks guys.
