5 minutes ago If I could give her a 0 as a rating I would. After roughly 6 months of care at the Mayo on 134th St & Shea, I elected to transfer my primary care to Mayo of AZ. I have had the best doctors @ 134th St & Shea & also 5777 East Mayo Blvd. I scheduled an appt with Molly Kresin DO @ the Arrowhead location to transfer primary care. The 1st appt was for a physical. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a doctor. The 1st thing she said to me was sorry I'm 30 minutes late I had to read through your file of treatment for the last 6 months. That was the 1st sarcastic remark. I expressed my pcp outside of Mayo was leaving her practice and the purpose of this appt was for a physical to establish primary care. I explained I had concerns that I would like to elect some addl testing that could explain a diagnosis I recieved. She threw her arms up in the air and stated she doesn't order these types of tests and she was annoyed and actually rolled her eyes at me. She was unprofessional and rude. I explained a particular medication was not working as much for my condition as when I had first started taking it & she rudely stated that she does not prescribe medications. I corrected one of her statements to clarify and she raised her tone, clenched her mouth and said Is that not what I just said? I stood up and said shame on you, you should not be a doctor. I walked out. I said something to her nurse. I told the front desk that I do not appreciate being treated with such disrespect by a doctor. Administration pulled me into there back office to apologize. Shame on you Molly Kresin, doctors do not take an oath to belittle their patients, roll their eyes, raise their voice, throw their hands up in the air & act combative. I paid to be seen by a professional and I do expect to be treated with respect, dignity, professionalism & compassion. Danielle Christian
Overall I like Dr. Kresin, but the Arrowhead Mayo office she is at is expensive, especially for labs. With this crappy obamacare high deductible if I do labs at the Mayo lab they really OVERCHARGE. Only 2 of 4 labs she ordered were covered with my *** FREE *** well care exam. The other two cost over $300. These two non covered tests at any other lab nearby would have cost me $48, total. Again I think she is a fine doc but learn more about why she might be ordering each lab test and consider shopping this by calling the insurance folks before you get them done.
Overall I like Dr. Kresin, but the Arrowhead Mayo office she is at is expensive, especially for labs. With this crappy obamacare high deductible if I do labs at the Mayo lab they really OVERCHARGE. She knew I had no reason to come in except I needed a refill of simple generic thyroid med. She scheduled 4 routine labs, including thyroid levels. Only 2 were covered with my *** FREE *** well care exam. The other two, one a basic lipid panel, and the thyroid test, amounted to a cost to me of over $300. Insurance company suggested Dr. Kresin could correct her code to get the cost (over $200) covered, but she refused. I also learned the costs of these two non covered tests at any other lab nearby would have cost me $48. Including the cost of the blood draw.
Dr. Molly M. Kresin has consistently gone above and beyond on every level to help me, and she is happy to do so. Dr. Kresin is patient, kind and non-judgmental. I have never felt rushed during any visit. Iâ??ve felt completely understood and strongly supported even with a complex medical history, tenuous state and uncertain future. It is a tremendous relief to know that I have someone like her looking out for me. Dr. Kresin is ahead of her time. She anticipates the needs of her patients in remarkable fashion. She is incredibly intuitive. My knowing, without a doubt, Dr. Molly Kresin is one hundred percent in my corner has helped me heal on a deeper emotional level. She is a shining example of the best possible doctor patient relationship and the mantra of the Mayo Clinic- always putting the patientâ??s needs first. She is completely selfless. It is an honor and a privilege to be a patient at the Mayo Clinic but it is a blessing to know Dr. Kresin. Her level of expertise is unsurpassed and her talents are immeasurable. Dr. Kresin is open, honest and direct in the most polite manner, which is a style that I respect. She is a humble, altruistic humanitarian.
Dr. Kresin is genuine and compassionate. She listens with intent and works hard to provide the best care and most positive outcome. She is highly intuitive and very supportive with optimal bedside manner. Dr. Kresin had very large shoes to fill in my opinion considering I was with an extraordinary primary care physician for over ten years. Since I relocated I needed to find a new PCP who I could trust and depend on for yet another decade or more. I highly recommend Dr. Molly Kresin without any reservations.
This is the doctor you go to be sick when you not sick. I believe this doctor and all the other doctors are saying there are things wrongs with patients to make an extra buck. I swear every woman in my family has been diagnosed with the HPV virus! or cancer and "right now you don't have aids but in a month you could.. this is the doctor who makes you sick whem your not... don't see her. As long as she's paid she doesn't care if your life is turned upside down based on a lie....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
