I am so happy with my My Healthy Body experience! I feel respect and support every step of the way on my weight loss journey. Patsy’s councel is valuable and informative, and she always gets back to me promptly if I am unclear on anything. Tatum is also very friendly and helpful. Weight loss is quite personal to me and I have found a place that gives me realistic goals involving diet and exercise along with medical therapy. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, I look forward to my trips to Scottsdale every month just to see (and have a laugh with) these ladies!

Found Patsy and her company on line and was nervous at first but thought I'd give it a try. I am impressed with the results as well as the price. Not that you can put a price on your health 🫣 She doesn't make you feel like another number and she's always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. If you've been trying diets and failing I would highly recommend getting her services!!

I've been going to Healthy Body in Scottsdale for about 3 months now. As a man looking to lose weight I was a little skeptical about the results. I was pleasantly surprised not only with the results but with the hands on approach they use. If you are looking for a weight loss solution I highly recommend Healthy Body in Scottsdale AZ.
