Everyone at NHLMA were incredible! The space is a dream. Carly, Leiah, and Brandy all curated my academy to be exactly what I was needing in my own Trichology business at home. I left with an overwhelming amount of good information to simplify my structure. I will definitely be back!

From the moment I walked in, this place felt warm and welcoming. I didn’t get the usual snooty vibe or that nervous, uncomfortable feeling you experience at so many other places. Leah handled my consultation and was nothing short of phenomenal—well-spoken, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind. She made me feel important and truly seen in a setting that can often feel intimidating or insecure. Leah took the full hour with me, never rushed, and explained everything in detail. She encouraged all my questions and answered them thoroughly. At no point did she—or anyone there—pressure me to commit to anything or make a purchase, which was incredibly refreshing. I wish more places operated this way; it makes a real difference. I’m looking forward to reviewing the information Leah provided and making a decision. I would absolutely recommend this place. No gimmicks, no gotchas, no scams, no pressure—just a genuinely great experience.

I love Brandy Lesaffre. She really truly cares for her clients and meeting the goals. She is very professional and is so knowledgeable. The front office staff is great as well. I would recommend NHLMA.

I’m beyond thankful for everyone at NHLMA! They are all so kind, helpful, and encouraging. After a stressful event in Jr. high, I started pulling out my hair. It’s called, Trichotillomania and until I met with Brandy(who’s truly amazing!), with NHLMA, I had given up all hope on having nice hair again. I had no hope for my hair, was ashamed of it and the struggle, thought I’d ruined the follicles, and hadn’t stepped in an actual hair salon for a cut since I was in Jr. high. My brother is the one who got me the initial consultation and package. I was able to not only receive kindness, encouragement, and reassurance that I’m not alone, but also found out my follicles weren’t damaged. I started using a red light hat regularly, a shampoo to help, and they assisted with a couple other things. The difference all has made is incredible! The hair pulling is something I’ll always struggle with but I’m doing so much better and the growth is amazing! At my year mark, I saw their hair stylist Lezlie and got my hair cut for the first time in a solan since I was in Jr High, and got it dyed for the first time too. She’s great! They have helped me so much and again, so beyond thankful for EVERYONE there! The before pictures were taken in January 2024, and the other 2 were taken recently.

I was terribly fortunate to find National Hair Loss Medical consultants after having gone to seven different dermatologists in Arizona, having achieved no results from any of those visits. Every single one of those visits turned out to be futile. On the other hand, I had the most productive and informative consultation with Leiah on August 19th 2025 which gave me much hope, and a pathway for getting the results that I am looking for. I recommend to anyone who is having scalp or hair issues to make an appointment for a consultation and take it from there. I wish I had found them 3 years ago when my hair problems had just began. However, I am grateful that I discovered them now before it's too late. I wholeheartedly endorse this place. Thank you for the knowledge that you provided me with, yesterday.

This was hands down one of the best consultations I’ve ever had. I’ve been carrying so much stress and anxiety around my hair loss, and for the first time, I felt genuinely seen and comforted. Leiah was kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain exactly what’s going on with my hair and helped me understand that there are real solutions. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything—just honest guidance and support. It’s rare to walk into a consultation and feel that level of care, and I’m so grateful for it.

My experience getting a brow tint and lamination was wonderful. Marwa provided great service, as did all of the other staff members I interacted with. NHLMA was highly professional and made sure everything went smoothly.

Leiah and the NHLMA team are awesome to work with. I have seen some amazing results from the red light hat. I would highly recommend them to anyone that doesn't have as much hair as they used to! The photos are the before and after of my first 6 months!
