Parwin Sadaat's Online Review Report Card

Worst internal medicine doctor. Poor assessment at my annual appointment. I told her I had heart palpitations and her office does EKG's but instead of advocating for me to have one she writes a referral to Cardiology without screening me. She has sarcastic and rude bedside manners. I asked her to fill out a form that requires her DEA number and she sarcastically told me she doesn't memorize her numbers. As a clinical nurse myself who has cared for many patients, I expected so much more for her. I know that numbers are very easy to look up and she should have it at her desk just outside of the exam room. Her front desk staff and office she practices at is a joke. Its very easy to make an appointment there but it is not quality care. She didn't even listen to my heart and lung with her stethoscope at my annual physical. In a city like Scottsdale, quality care is attainable so don't waste your money with a doctor who doesnt care about health promotion or prevention.

Because of Dr. Sadaat’s inability to listen to and address my concerns, I spent a week in the ICU. I do not recommend her practice. I had two separate appointments with Dr. Sadat. At both appointments, I brought up my concerns about my irregular heart rate, especially during exercise, and general pain. Because of my medical history, I suggested it could be fibromyalgia. I communicated that I wanted to pursue a diagnosis. Dr. Sadaat said that pursuing a diagnosis would not be productive and discouraged me from pursuing it further. Unfortunately the irregular heart rate and general pain were not caused by fibromyalgia. They were caused by multiple blood clots which evolved into acute pulmonary embolisms. Just two weeks after our appointment, I ended up in the ER with near fatal cardio respiratory failure due to multiple “massive acute pulmonary embolisms”. It took the ER and ICU staff four hours to stabilize me. The doctor wasn’t sure I’d make it through the night. I did and I spent the following week in the ICU recovering. At my appointment with Dr. Sadaat, I also asked for a prescription to be renewed. I have been on this medication at this dosage for years. I had received this prescription from multiple doctors. It is not a controlled substance. It’s a run-of-the-mill antidepressant. I felt I had to be unnecessarily assertive for her to believe me and take me seriously enough to renew my prescription. At the time of my appointments, I was disappointed at her bedside manner and unwillingness to address my concerns. However, I now realize that poor communication and listening skills in healthcare can have life or death consequences. Dr. Sadaat lacks both. I do not recommend her practice.

All of this could have been avoided if she'd listened to my concerns and provided the *bare minimum of care* to address an irregular heart beat (an EKG), the clots would've been found months ago. Dr. Sadaat's negligence almost killed me. I do not recommend her or her practice.

She is one the best doctors that I have been to. She was my wife is family doctor, she is intelligent, kind, helpful and respectful to patient. I would definitely recommend this doctor to all my friends and family members.

HORRIBLE. I have been going to this family practice for years only because each doctor I've seen there was stellar and took the time to address my health issues and actually take action. This doctor told me I could only address one issue with her as she only had 15 minutes with me and didnt have the time to discuss any other ailments. Well she didn't even take care of one issue. Wouldnt order blood work much less an xray. I walked out with NOTHING done at all. Not even a referral to a specialist which my insurance requires. I have called the facility manager to file a complaint. If a doctor doesn't care enough to even hear you , put her hand up while you're trying to speak and blatantly disregards your issues then they should find another line of work. You dont have time dr sadatt ? Well I didnt really have the time to take off work, fight traffic and wait in your waiting room for nothing...worst experience ever. If i could give a less than zero rating I would.

Dr. Sadaat is one of the best I highly recommend her you will not be disappointed. Awesome Dr.!!!

Worse experience with a doctor ever! She is rude and unsympathetic. She refused to write me any prescriptions unless I got on birth control. I am catholic and that is against my religion. Yet, she refused to treat my fibromyalgia unless I took birth control. I left and found another doctor. Plus, at Westridge I have waited up to an hour PASTED my scheduled appt time to see someone.
