I've been seeing Dr Babey for at least 10 years and going to North Scottsdale Family Medicine for about 20 years. I'm completely satisfied with their partnership in my healthcare. The staff has always been courteous, appts are on time. Diagnosis and testing are communicated to me in good time. I am very happy with the specialist referrals he has provided to me.

Dr Babey and his staff were amazing! Patient, professional, courteous and so kind. They have always taken their time to answer any questions I have without making me feel like an intrusion on their time. I wouldn't want to have to go anywhere else! On top of pretty much being on time (maybe 5-10 min wait) sometimes. Very clean and professional. I highly recommend Dr Babey and his wonderful staff!

Terrible office staff, starting with a downright nasty woman (the "COO") who is everything successful businesses avoid when hiring and training employees, especially those that communicate with internal/external clients. If the doctors at this practice support such the unprofessional bully running their business, they should consider another profession.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Babey for over fourteen years. He is a great doctor! I like his direct approach and listens! His whole office is wonderful. The staff is very competent and caring. They always are very welcoming as if I am visiting old friends.

I was referred to him by a friend. He is attentive and spends time with me. I have a complicated medical history and he is always prepared with my latest labs and reports from hospitalizations when I see him.

Dr. Babey was a nice doctor, but the staff was terrible to work with and billed me incorrectly. Now I have to pay $160 out of my own pocket instead of a $0 co-pay for a wellness visit. Insurance company was willing to work with the office but the office staff was not willing to change the billing or help me in any way. I'll be going somewhere else now not because of Dr. Babey but because of the horrible experience working with the office staff.

I went there to get my prescription renewed and was charged $150 for a 4 minute visit where NOTHING was done. I asked for either a refund for my charges or my prescription to be filled and they refused. The employees are grumpy, rude and combative. I do not like getting ripped off, this is a CHURN TO EARN practice. I have never had an experience like this before in my life. I would avoid this place!!
