Shared my concerns with the sleep doctor. Answered all my questions well

Dr Pepple was very arrogant while lacking any empathy. His staff is rude on the phone and doesn’t return calls. Very difficult to work with him and his office.

Dr Pepples operated on my husband in march 2023 for a huge groin hernia and he had some other serious complications. Another surgeon wouldn’t even operate because of the complications & his age. Dr Peeples agreed to do and he did an excellent job. He & the staff are super professional and caring. He’s an excellent surgeon.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Pepple and all the wonderful people at the Honor Health Surgery Center at 90th & Shea in Scottsdale. From the moment I arrived the day of the surgery, I knew I was in good hands. Everyone was so nice and calming from the front desk to Dr. Pepple, all the nurses, staff and aesthetician. My double-hernia repair surgery (which turned out to be triple hernia) went without a hitch, and I was home a few hours later and recovering nicely. If I ever need surgery again, I would confidently place my trust in Dr. Pepple. Thank you to all.

Dr. Pepple is amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He tells you in detail what his plan is and ensures you know what to expect. He doesn’t sugar coat it or keep you in the dark. I felt very confident in his work by his demeanor and why he carries himself. My only let down, and the reason for a 4 star rating, is that his office staff has much to be desired. Post-surgery I had a few concerns that I called their office to discuss. The call routing to an MA had me leave a voicemail which was never returned. When I did finally speak to someone, my concerns were not addressed. Days later, when I called again, I was able to have someone listen and was advised to send photos and I would receive a call back. No call came. Lastly, on the day of my follow-up appointment, when I met first with an MA - she said (and I quote) “I see here you had called in with some complaints this week.” No, I did not call with complaints. I called with CONCERNS. Very unprofessional.

Dr Pebble is fantastic and with a wonderful bedside manner. He is friendly and direct.

Dr. Pepple and Arizona Premier Surgery are both Five Star imo Dr. Pepple completed a very complex surgery for me. I Thank God He was my surgeon! He is old school in all the good ways. He was very ‘caring and carefully explained everything. Also he is Very Humble! Dr. Pepple and Staff were there for me the entire time. My recovery process was successfully completed with no complications. I want to thank Dr. Pepple for his excellent work. His staff is top notch. I highly recommend him.

I cannot praise Dr Pepple enough for meticulously completing a very challenging surgery that many other surgeons could not have. His expertise in transplants has raised him to the next level of surgical expertise. He is the surgeon that other surgeons and physicians choose for themselves, so you have some idea of how impressive his skills are. If it wasn’t for him, I would have had to undergone a much more invasive gallbladder surgery...he is that good! Dr Pepple is a first-choice ranking surgeon...I was so fortunate that he was the one with me in the OR, for it was him that made all the difference in my successful recovery. He is top-notch all the way! I can’t thank you enough, Dr Pepple!
