The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It’s rare to find such a wonderful team — I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to. They work with you with payment plans and tell you what you really need done and were able to give my teeth a 100 percent turn around. I hadn’t had insurance and wasn’t able to get into the dentist for years and when I had gotten in I realized I needed a lot of work. I did price checks at multiple dentist offices in Phoenix area and Pima dental offered the best prices and were able to get me in right away. After a much needed deep cleaning and necessary fillings and crowns my teeth have never felt better. I will recommend them over and over again! I have been going there for over 25 years. They are under new ownership, and the service has gone downhill. I was unhappy with the service I got from my last crown, and the office manager, Mandy, did not care one bit... Temp crown came out on a Thursday evening, and she did not even try to help me the following day to get it taken care of. She made me wait all weekend to put it in my permanent crown that took 15 minutes the following Monday. For 3 days I had to be uncomfortable because they did not care if I was happy or not.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Pima Dental regarding their referral gift card program. My family followed their referral promotion exactly my uncle referred my dad, my dad referred my sister, my sister referred me, and I referred my mom. Based on their policy, we should have received multiple $25 gift cards. However, when I went in today, I only received one.When I asked about the rest, I was told the gift cards had already been mailed back in 2023. The problem is we never received any of them. We all live at the same address, and we consistently receive bills and other mail from the office without any issue. Not a single gift card ever arrived.It’s frustrating because we trusted their referral program and brought multiple new patients to their office. If they don’t intend to honor the promotion, they shouldn’t advertise it. Saying the cards were “already mailed” without any proof or follow-up feels dismissive and unprofessional.Because of this experience, we’ve lost trust in their office and will not be referring anyone else. We’re also reconsidering continuing care here. I hope they improve their communication and transparency so other patients don’t go through the same situation.

I've been going here for about 4 years now and I have been very pleased, they guarantee their work and have always been clear with their pricing, sometimes lower than other places. I found this out when I went for a couple of second opinions on dental work and cost.
