I had 4 moles removed and sent out for biopsy to see if they were cancerous or precancerous. Almost a month later I still had heard nothing from them so I called and asked if my results had come in. They told me they had to get the doctor to talk to me about my samples and she would call me back. Meanwhile, I’m panicking that I have Cancer… the doctor calls me back to tell me that they had been trying to get ahold of me but I wasn’t answering (their number pops up as “No caller ID” on my phone I guess) and they didn’t want to leave a message so I never knew it was them trying to call me. The doctor calls me back and she proceeds to tell me the specimens were lost in the mail… now I have a $430 bill and NO closure or results. Someone from billing was supposed to call me and nobody has yet. I’m so scared and upset and frustrated. All I was offered was to come back in and “if I have any skin tags they will remove them free of charge”, awesome!

I had an appointment today with Stephanie Pasley, NP and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is personable, took time to listen to my concerns, was non-judgmental, and took time to make sure I was comfortable. She educates as she talks with you. I left feeling more knowledgeable about my skin and I know I will be seeing her in the future for my dermatology needs. * Stephanie is no longer at Pinnacle - you can find her every Wednesday at Alliance Dermatology- 40th st and Bell rd
