We could not have found a better place for my Father-in -Law. They provided the best care, very warm, professional and always respectful. Treated all of us like family and made our time with them the absolute best! Could not say enough good things about Chris and Linda and all of their staff! Thou you have many options for assisted living, once you come and see the good folks at Raintree you quickly realize that there are really no other options. I highly recommend Chris and Linda's place.

My father is at Raintree and I live in the Chicago area, so it brings me great comfort in between trips out to Arizona to know how SAFE and well cared for he is. I am not one to openly trust people, but I have come to trust these people implicitly. This takes an enormous burden off my heart and mind as I must go about my daily business of living and working so far away, I know he is alright. In addition to the fact that Raintree is utterly spotless-clean and beautiful, the MOST important aspect of Raintree are Chris and Linda. They are every bit as wonderful as human-beings as they are professional caregivers. The entire staff is just exceptional, friendly, loving, kind. They run things on schedule, meals are on time, medication is on time, bedtime is on time, and Dad has stabilized because of it, it is prolonging his life and the quality of it. Chris and Linda are very conscientious, I can call them with any questions or concerns. Recently my Dad lost his Facetime connection, I asked Chris and Linda if they knew how to get him re-connected again, they were able to fix it right away. (This means the world to me as I live long distance and we like to talk every evening, and being able to see each other on Facetime beats a phone call anytime.) I bet you will not find other house and family so great for excellent care can be provided to yours lovely ones. Very kindly with all patients, called "extended family members", Linda and Chris offers the best! Period, with no strings attached!

The level of care, cleanliness and people here are just amazing. My dad is incredibly happy, knows he is well taken care of, and we love how Chris and Linda clearly know and care about each individual patient - and they like football too! You truly couldn't ask for a better place.

This a ten-star assisted living home in a five-star rating universe. Our family can't say enough good things about the compassion, attentiveness, and accommodation that our mother received at Raintree Assisted Living in the last year of her life. Chris and Linda and their care-giving staff were as sisters and brothers to our mother (and to us). Their warmth as well as their expertise -- encompassing all the residents -- help sustain the lives and the spirits of everyone at Raintree Assisted Living. It is inconceivable that better care could be found elsewhere.

A homey experience and very professional and friendly personal.

The staff makes you feel like home. They welcome you like family and they have the cutest German Shepard dog ever. The care is excellent and the home is located close to many shopping centers and restaurants.
