Dr Ramiro GUILLEN is very profesional and have help our son a big deal, he is very kind and find the problem of the patient very quickly, we love the staff they’re all very lovely and helpful. Thank you all.

Dr Ramiro I never feel comfortable with him, when I saw him and talk with him is like he no care much only want finish soon, also one day I be late in my appointment and he's coming outside very angry and he told me I am late so only he needs charming my appointment he's talk to me very angry in front all his stuff I think this is no professional . I cannot believe this doctor scream and very angry with the patient because he's 5 or 10 minutes late. I don't recommend this doctor all.

Was referred to him by another provider. His office staff took my information and then called me back saying they didn't have availability for 3 months for the frequency that he believes I need to be seen. I am currently seen monthly by my current provider which is working well, so I ask to be wait-listed. They then transfer me over to another office staff member who says the same, but when I tell them it's no problem for me to wait, THEN they decide to change it to it's because he doesn't think he is qualified enough for the level of care he thinks I need. Excuse me? He hasn't even seen me for a consultation nor reviewed any medical records to make that kind of determination. There are so many other low reviews for his practice that I wouldn't even bother contacting him for a consultation.

As a mental health professional for over 20 years, I would never recommend this MD to provide an accurate assessment of need and appropriateness for treatment or to provide appropriate care (he doesn't seem to care, period, based on my experience). He had sized me up and made a decision about my status before meeting me. He disregarded factual, logical information and current issues. He, frankly, appears to lack confidence in treating people with complex issues and certainly doesn't understand that mental health and physical health are intimately related. I felt judged, misunderstood and totally disregarded.

I saw Dr. Guillen for anxiety and was extremely unsatisfied with my visit. He was 20 minutes late to the appointment, and still cut me off early. & I didn’t feel that he really cared to listen to me and what I was saying at all. I told him the previous medications I had tried and he tried to tell me that those were great medications and he didn’t know what my issue was... I will not be returning to his practice.

Excellent service and care. I've been seeing Dr. Ramiro Guillen for almost a decade now, and I've always felt confident sharing my thoughts and experiences with him, and he's always been genuine and empathetic in his responses and advice. Would recommend!

I wish I would have read his reviews before going to see him. On my first visit I thought went well he asked a few questions and quickly said I had depression and some bi polar issues. The things he was saying made sense. He gave me a prescription and off I went. 2nd visit was the complete opposite. He didn't even seem to remember that I met with him. He didn't know why I was seeing him. All he could do is read what little notes he had taken as he said he didn't do the dictation for my visit. Huh? I told him I was still having issues and he told me I was just fine but upped the dosage. Which to me means he knows I am not fine. Then he proceeded to send me to have blood work done. Um, if I need blood work why did you wait till the second visit? He didn't like being questioned. Then when I asked (several times) to get my records he kept telling me that the dictation was not done (this 6 weeks later) and he would get them to me when he wants to. I explained why I needed them and his response was so 🤷. Wait what? He literally gave me the "I don't care" gesture. He doesn't talk with compassion. He just wants a quick diagnosis and his attitude is then GTF out of my sight attitude. I am at his mercy now waiting for him so I can move forward with my treatment elsewhere. I am not sure what to do at this point. He is supposed to be helping me and not adding to my disposition.

I moved from out of state and had no friends or family. I started to get severe anxiety and would have little melt downs. I saw Dr. Guillen and he immediately diagnosed me with depression and anxiety and suggested medication based off of my lifestyle so that I wouldn’t have too severe of side effects that would effect my day to day. He took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable enough to talk to him about my issues. The longer I saw him the more “father” like he was to me, making sure my medication was working for me and genuinely interested in my progress. Dr. Guillen was a God sent in one of the hardest times in my life.

Dr. Guillen is a wonderful psychiatrist. I have been seeing him for several years and have been very happy with my care. He evaluates my medications each appointment to be sure they're working for me. He treats me for depression and ADHD. He is empathetic, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him and this practice.

Dr. R. Guillen is the first psychiatrist that has genuinely helped myself and other members of my family to manage sometimes debilitating depression and anxiety. He takes an extraordinary amount of time with his patients to truly understand their circumstances and symptoms. His treatment plan has truly made my life so much better! I’m very grateful!
