List of Robert Brems's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr Brems since I moved to Arizona in 2015. He was referred to me by my doctor who also is one of his patients. All services that I have required have been performed with both courtesy and professionalism. I had cataract Lazic performed on both eyes 12 years ago, and noticed a foggy vision in one eye, after being examined by the doctor for this complaint, he scheduled a procedure to clear it up at his Phoenix location. The procedure was quick and painless and best if all it cleared my vision as he said it would. I highly recommend Dr Brems and his staff for eye care.
I have had eye issues since 1965 and, therefore, have seen probably a dozen, or two, different ophthalmologists. My first visit with Dr Brems was excellent. Friendly, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. While nearly all my experiences have been quite positive over the years, Dr Brems stands out clearly as one of the best.
Dr. Brems and his staff are extremely competent and professional.. He is very thorough and takes time to explain.. I have recommended him to several people and they had an excellent experience..
I presented to the Honor Heath Shea ER with a sudden loss of vision in one eye . I needed to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist an Dr, Brems was on call. He was notified but chose not to come to the ER. There was no other ophthalmologist available so i was unable to receive the treatment I needed, and as a result I am now blind in one eye. I was in ICU for two days and the hospital did not attempt to find another ophthalmologist. No physician on staff was qualified to dilate my eye to asses for a retinal artery occlusion or a detached retina, I was visiting from another state and had to make an Emegency flight home to see my ophthalmologist but, unfortunately , the window of time for appropriate treatment had passed.
Real nice Doctor! Very patient, kind and compassionate.
This is without a doubt a class A medical facility with professional and friendly staff. The doctor has a warm smile and excellent bedside manor. He makes sure to give you the time you need to understand your situation and answer all your questions. He restored my vision beautifully and. I will be forever greatful. The staff was highly accessible throughout my visits to them on though my surgical follow ups. I was never left feeling like I was lost in unfamiliar territory nor did I feel insignificant or invisible. I felt they knew and remembered who I was from the gates and that never changed. I have had doctors with whom either they or thier staff have left me feeling like they had no idea who I was two years later. Thank you all for a warm , successful, and professional experience.
I wish I had gone to a different dr but do plan to switch when this eye is healed
WOW!!! OMG WOW!!!! Horrible bedside manner. Narissist Sums it up quick and short. Thank you for your time.
Could not ever have a more caring an professional doctor.! I give him and his wonderful stall 5 stars John Wendt--Scottsdale, AZ.
This doctor was very short, abrupt. He did a minor procedure on my eyelid. I don't think he would have explained what he was going to do if I had not asked him questions. Everyone else in the office was fine, front office staff, medical assistant. I also saw an ophthalmologist in the same office, and she was very nice and helpful. No problems with appointment times. I just think a doctor who deals with your eyes should make an effort to explain things even if he thought my procedure was trivial.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
