Robert Fauer Md's Online Review Report Card

Unable to contact the office by phone. I press 1 and the connection disconnects. Help! This has been a continuing issue.

I have been seeing Dr Fauer for the last 2-3 years for annual physical. Can't get through via phone and put into hold queue where you are way down the list waiting. It offers you to leave a voicemail but mailbox is full. Last physical seemed very rushed and not thorough. I don't recall doctor giving me the opportunity to ask questions which I did have but never asked since we were done so quickly. Received bill for blood work but have no test results to review. The nice lady (office manager) has tried to help when I had other issues before (moved location and didn't mention this when I booked appointment) but it's been only after I had complained. Feel bad for her.

Dr. Robert Fauer is a good Doctor, the problem is his office staff. If you have any needs that you need to call his office, good luck. I have waited over an hour on the phone. When messages are left, no one returns them, even if it is for a refill. This is totally unacceptable and in my opinion, extremely poor medical care. The company’s know this and assured me it would get better…..I am now on ...

By far the best workplace as well as Doctor.

I have been with Dr. Fauer for many years. It took me a while to find a doctor whom I was comfortable with. He takes his time and doesn't take shortcuts to issues you are describing. I used to have "doctor office-phobia" being a male, but Dr. Fauer has erased all that with me.

I had my annual physical and he failed to : check my heart and lungs with a stethoscope; run an ekg since I have a minor heart condition that needs a watch, did not exam my ears or throat, and did not do a digital prostate exam. Basically we talked and he sent me for labs. This is not a professionally annual physical. On previous years visits with him, all of these things were done. He changed offices and is now working for a division of Optum . . .Stay away for your health.

this man got my dad hooked on fentanyl for over five years. he nearly died, and he just kept pumping him full of opioids. it wasn't until his insurance changed and he was forced to go to a new doctor that they got him off it. if i ever met this man again, i would have some choice language for him. you are literally killing your patients.

Dr. Fauer is the type of doctor that will listen and discuss your concerns. He is always helpful each and every time I see him. If you want a doctor who genuinely cares.... I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Fauer for about 30 years. I have had to temporarily change doctors a few times due to insurance and have always gone back as soon as I could. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to treat complicated conditions. He does not pretend to know everything and will consult with specialists when needed. I may not be in the greatest health and have multiple issues that are not necessarily treatable, but that is not because of his care. He has done more for me than any specialist ever has. I sincerely believe I would not be here today if not for him. He has saved me many times when my health was in a downward spiral over the years. When he needs to take extra time with me he does, so I understand if he is ever running behind which is surprisingly pretty rare. Please don't ever retire! I don't know what I would do if I couldn't see you anymore. Thank you for all you have done for me, my parents, my children, and my grandchildren. You are the best!

Dr Fauer Has been My doctor for over 25 years . there is not a better doctor I have ever been to. I Have been driving a long distance to see him for many years . He spends the time with you and is thorough , He definitely saved me a couple times . Very grateful to Dr Fauer.
