Well I do have compassion for the doctor who’s dad passed, but they rescheduled me already before due to him being sick. Then they call to reschedule because his dad passed. Which is sad but when I explained I was sorry but I’m frustrated with the situation because now I have to rearrange my plans again. she would not reschedule and hung up on me. Good luck trying to reschedule anything with them if your upset!!! Even the manager Sabrina was not empathetic but I’m supposed to show empathy for the doctor???!!! These people need to take a empathy and customer service class. Just my opinion but that’s very hypocritical and unprofessional to argue with a patient then hung up on them. The worse part is I asked them both 3 times to move on with the conversation and just get the appointment rescheduled. Which the manager seemed reluctant to do. So needless to say I’ll be going to a different dermatologist. This isn’t up for debate or further discussion they obviously care more for their providers then the patients needs. I finally got her to quit explaining the situation and just reschedule me. Then 10 minutes later call back and cancel my appointment. These people are ridiculous! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Easy & efficient! New staff here are amazing & I'm always excited for my visits. Physician assistant Rob is so thorough and always does a fantastic job at assessing my moles. Tammy is also so pleasant on the phone & Alexa the medical assistant is such a doll.

Friendly place. Very knowledgeable provider. Helped me came to a conclusion on what I wanted for my treatment plan.

I was in town visiting and saw Robert Casquejo on T.V. talking about the importance of skin check's. I called in and they let me schedule a free skin exam, the staff was able to get me in promptly. They were very professional and personable and skin cancer free!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have been to this doctor, Robert Casquejo, PA-C, three times in the past year. Twice for my husband and once for me. Each time we went, the staff were so nice and helpful. The office is really clean and covid safe too.The best part of the visit is the thorough skin check up by Mr. Casquejo. He looks so funny with his huge magnifying glass as he scans over my husbands body, and checks out everything he finds. And when we have questions he always knows the answer and thoroughly explains the answer to us. He has also done three skin procedures on us so far (we like the sun), and he does a great job. He has great bedside manner and there's no pain, no scaring and its a pretty quick procedure each time.I recommend this doctor to everyone for their annual skin exam!

He knows what he is doing, explains everything, cares about you. Great doc.

I've been seeing Rob for several years. Staff is always courteous and his ability to find and take care of issues and/or potential issues has been outstanding. Always does a great job explaining any procedure.

Awful. I would never recommend going here to a friend. I had the worst experience and do not trust the Dr. Casquejo for care. I was constantly having to fix errors him as his team made. I never felt like he cared for me or had my well being in mind.

Dr. Rob (as I call him) is a wonderful, caring, and generous PA-C. He has helped me with my acne and has greatly improved my skin condition and confidence. I’ve known him for many years, and he always goes out of his way to make sure I get the utmost care at his office. His medical aesthetician, Katie, is also wonderful and uses advanced technology to improve skin texture and prevent aging. I highly recommend Dr. Casquejo and his team for your dermatology needs.
