Not friendly And he left a crown unpolished. I emailed my x-rays and the front desk said I wouldn't need more, even though mine were recent. I had to do all mouth x-rays, again

Dr Roy Shim is a great dentist. I have gone to him for years. At my last appointment I mentioned I thought I had a loose tooth. Dr Shim discovered a loose crown and immediately took care of it. I was thrilled I didn’t have to make an additional appointment. He is a wonderful dentist.

He is friendly, just as all other dentists I have dealt with in the past. I had a denture made by this dentist at Cornerstone Dental. The impression or mold was made by his female assistant. The denture was made by an outside lab. It was very tight and was very difficult to remove. This dentist was more interested in doing the more expensive treatment like crown, root canal, etc. He appeared not interested in doing the less expensive fillings, etc. needed for other teeth. If you want a dentist that will do all the treatment including fillings, sealants, etc. , NOT JUST the expensive stuff like crowns, then SKIP him.
