Dr Kertz is a fantastic, caring, well informed doctor for my children!!

Dr Kertz has been my daughter’s Dr from 0-3 and going strong. She is amazingly positive. Works with different parenting styles. Gives time to talk development. Thank you for supporting our family in becoming parents and Tori in the hard times of shots and sickness.

I arrived with my daughter for a visit regarding her mental health that had been scheduled 2 wks prior. When I checked in I was told that Phx Children's Pediatrics doesn't accept my insurance and they "forgot" to let me know. I asked if I could get the cash pay discount and was told by office manager that that discount is only for people without insurance. Office manager offered to refer me to a list of counselors which was ridiculous considering how booked out counselors and psychiatrists are. Plus, being that my daughter has a been a patient of Dr. Kertz for so many years, she's comfortable talking to her. Dr. Kertz never came out check on us or offer an apology for such a major screw up and I could see her from front counter. My daughter has been a patient there her whole life and no one cared that she's been struggling, no one asked if she's currently in crisis, nothing. How this was handled is unethical, unprofessional, and careless. I'm extremely disappointed.

We all LOVE Dr. Kertz. She is sweet and intelligent and my kids love her. She listens to everything we have to say and doesn't rush out of the room like so many doctors do. She seems very knowledgable about the many different reasons/solutions for my kids' ailments. He staff is also very kind and efficient. I recommend her and the other doctors at Paradise Pediatric ALL THE TIME to other mom friends.

Full disclosure... Dr. Sara is my bride and I can tell you that you're getting the hardest working, most informed, and helpful doctor around. She's always been at the top of her class..in everything. I'm proud she oversees our two kids and their health. In our family, she has made the right choice for our kids at every turn. In fact, she was ahead of the turn with hindsight. If she's your doc, congrats, you're in phenomenal hands! She's a science based, vaccination, by the book type of doc.

Dr. Kertz has been my kids doctor for 14 years. She stays on top of the latest recommendations and current medical data. My kids love her!!

Dr Kertz is a wonderful doctor if you don't care at all about your child's health. To be fair she is fast and on time. Unfortunately, patient care is only an afterthought for her. She doesn't communicate well, she isn't thorough and she doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I should have researched more before I took my child to her. Shame on me. The research is pretty clear that she's not good at her job.

Dr. Kertz has been a terrific choice for our daughter. She is personable and kind, but professional in discussing her issues. She treats her properly according to her age. Her demeanor has reduced some of the embarrassment of puberty. We would heartily recommend her for young teens and tweens.

Dr Sara recently gave an interview to Fox News condeming a documentary on corruption in the CDC and manipulation of scientific data on an MMR vaccine study without even seeing the movie. That would give me great pause before taking my children to her for any type of vaccine. If she actually read the vaccine inserts, she would know there are some severe risks associated with all vaccines. If she kept informed within the medical community, she would know there is a CDC whistleblower waiting to appear before congress to discuss the CDC deception played out on doctors and the public. Its a sad day when doctors are just too busy and tired to keep an open mind and refuse to investigate valid scientific concerns for the sake of their clients.. Just believe what you are told by the inexperienced drug reps that bombard your office instead of looking at independent science yourself.

I have been to this office several times with my other children and I always thought that Dr. Kertz was just having a busy day because she always seemed to be too busy to talk about the general health of my children but when an issue with my four month old daughter came up that was important it was clear that the only reason we were there were for shots and billing purposes. My last visit left me in tears. I hope other parents can find a more compassionate doctors for real medical issues.
